Cadburys but can he though? I think if you collect money for a specific purpose it has to be used for that purpose only. It 's fraud if you don't. Else you give it all back or get people to agree to use if for the new purpose. IANAL - maybe one will comment.

The police are involved with Kate though, and presumably the cps. SH risks nothing.

The glinner thing was a private prosecution right, so SH may have had to pay costs when they lost in court, which I'm sure they would have done

SH is also suing the Mail on Sunday in relation to the article they published about Kate's case, I think that is the litigation they are concentrating on. Will certainly be one to watch.

The MOS litigation will be interesting because they have very deep pockets and won’t be bothered by the stress of proceedings so SH won’t be able to wriggle out of that one scott free if it turns out her claim isn’t a strong one.
