Just going to leave this here for your thoughts if you haven't already seen the twitter comments...

Jameela's face says it all I think.

I imagine his surgery, was done because someone paid a lot of money for it. Ie his parents. The same parents that were determined he would be famous.

He had a weight problem for a long time. I imagine liposuction and writing it off as having 'too much estrogen in his chest' was far simpler than helping him with his relationship with food. And they thought that made him more likely to have the right 'look'.

drum12345 · 17/03/2019 13:01

I wonder which woman he thinks he thinks like.

AtrociousCircumstance · 17/03/2019 13:03

I was so pissed off the last thread was deleted. Silencing of women continuing here.

Hope this thread is kept up.

Sam Smith, so dull.

remember a few years back when he wore an R Kelly t shirt at an SNL afterparty:
www.teenvogue.com/story/sam-smith-backlash-r-kelly-t-shirt-snl-afterparty

Around the same time IIRC he was saying he was just as much a woman as a man as he liked to wear womens clothse, bodysuits, leotards false eyelashes, makeup etc.

Yeah, that's what makes us women, Sam isn't it?Hmm

MrsJayy · 17/03/2019 13:30

Of course we all ponce about in our little mix outfits Sam

O4FS · 17/03/2019 14:49

Wouldn’t it have been lovely if he had said
“I don’t conform to stereotypes or notions of traditional masculinity. If I want to wear heels, I wear heels.” Etc.

We’d be applauding. I for one would be delighted. Breakdown the gender stereotypes, the notion of toxic masculinity. Assert his individuality.

But no. He had to do the ‘think like a woman’ bullshit line. Very disappointed. He has huge influence and comes out with this. Shame on him.

hipsterfun · 17/03/2019 17:57

Sam Smith has just ripped off Adele really

And Tom Petty.

CigarsofthePharoahs · 17/03/2019 18:48

Which thoughts are woman thoughts and which are male? I really do want to know.
As far as I know I just have "thoughts". The only things that might be woman thoughts specifically are things like "I hate period craps" or "must remember to buy more Tampax".
I suspect that's not what he means.

BlackPrism · 17/03/2019 18:49

'You're not a gender, you are just you, your own special creation'

Ah yes, as I, Woman#667878994, am not me, I am not unique I am Woman#6678£8994 and I have been programmed to be 1) woman 2) feminine according to society

What a load of 'I'm more special than everyone else' bollocks.'

Scatobrain · 17/03/2019 19:44

But does he make love just like a woman?

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 17/03/2019 19:46

He can’t sing for toffee and has an irritating singing voice.

Mrskeats · 17/03/2019 19:49

How would be know? What a loon.

Mrskeats · 17/03/2019 19:50

*he even. Annoyed typing

itsbritneybiatches · 17/03/2019 19:53

He's annoyed me.

He was great in concert last year.

Can't take him seriously now.

When is this shit going to die a death it's getting boring now listening to all this about men being women with lady dicks and thinking like a women.

You just think. It's not male or female.

Isn't you and and how you are and think and dress just your personality ffs.

WhereYouLeftIt · 17/03/2019 21:55

I am a bit concerned about the 'liposuction at 12' claim.

I can't believe that the NHS would have performed that on a child, so we're talking private - commissioned and paid for by his parents, I presume. Which sends a clear message to a child that his body is WRONG, and surgery is the way to fix it. Not looking at how it got that way (diet) but just addressing the symptom. And since the diet of a child is largely under the control of the parents - they got him that fat, and then they did that to him.

I am definitely giving his parents the side-eye.

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 17/03/2019 21:57

Didn’t he make a big song and dance announcing that he was gay a while ago (to which everyone said ‘and???’)

MrsJayy · 17/03/2019 22:14

Yes he made an as the only gay man ever speech when he was collecting an award for his James Bond song it was really dull

WokerThanWoke · 17/03/2019 23:00

Someone wrote a scathing article about him once, will try and find it.

MontyBowJangles · 17/03/2019 23:21

So disappointed the other thread was taken down, I didn't see anything wrong with it either.

Catsandbootsandbootsandcats · 17/03/2019 23:33

I'm going to make a note of all the things I think about over the coming week to see if they are womanly thoughts, or not.

I have a strange feeling they'll just be thoughts. My thoughts. Because I think like me. And I have no idea what other women think like, just like I have no idea what men think like, or what my kids think like, or my cat (can guess the cat one pretty well though - food, sleep, let me in, let me out. I'm a cat! 😲)

MontyBowJangles · 17/03/2019 23:37

Ooh just read that article linked. At least he acknowledges he's not articulate!

OrchidInTheSun · 17/03/2019 23:55

I hoe that this is the thing that peak transes Jameela. I love her but she's very much on the woke bus. She totally knows that it's bloody offensive (and absurd) for men to say they think like women.

Jaxhog · 18/03/2019 00:01

'You're not a gender, you are just you, your own special creation'

I wish he ( and many others) would say 'I may have been born with male DNA, but I am my own person. I certaianly don't want to conform to someone else's stereotype of what a 'man' should be/act like.'

This 'I think like a woman' is such crap. Which woman would that be?

LordProfFekkoThePenguinPhD · 18/03/2019 07:37

Feels like a woman eh? If I ever meet him I’ll ask for his experiences of having to wear a stupid shirt skirt for school PE, having terrible oeriod pains and getting talked down to by make employers. Oh hand on... duh.

Well I can always talk about about being kicked in the nuts and having to shave my face I suppose. Oh no I can’t, because I am not and never will be a man.
