I've already tweeted this, but its worth repeating here...the first time I met Dame Kelly Holmes she was helping a young girl in a wheelchair complete the Jr Great North Run. The first time I was aware of Rachel McKinnon she was encouraging vulnerable children to run away from home.

It seems to me that Kelly was slightly more circumspect and not quite as engaged as Sharron.

According to McKinnon's tweets, they have two full-time coaches and a full-time sports nutritionist so I would guess that sponsors are needed for that financial load.

You do wonder if it is some massive social experiment as part of some psychological research and McKinnon is actually some sort of genius to point out the insanity of it all, but then you look at the history of civilisation and misogyny and McKinnon’s actions fit so neatly in line with it all that you have to just accept it at face value.
