Do they mean creases like in my photo? That’s my arm, I assume it’s just fat, like the creases at babies wrists. I can’t see how it would help cradle a baby’s head, it’s not like they form some kind of magic flesh pillow.

It's actually a great analogy, because a wizard could give a woman a fish tail, and she could call herself a mermaid and force other mermaid's to accept her after reassuring them that NO transmerms would EVER sell a mermaid to Young's...but she still wouldnt be able to breathe underwater.
