Let's put this into context:
Demonstrators and protesters usually target powerful interests and their agents - the police, security staff, the military, significant buildings, government, businesses, retailers etc.
TRAs targeted women going to listen to speakers at a meeting.
The women had no power, no influence, and their individual views and motivations were unknown to the TRAs. In the early stages of the resistance movement, women had no powerful voices to lend weight to their concerns about self i/d. They were the few.
Today, the landscape is very different. WPUK is an award-wining, respected and authoritative organisation. The TRAs are exposed for public consumption, in all their ugliness. They are the few. The powerful voices that once backed them, have gone quiet and melted away.
Is it any wonder that a reverse ferret seems a good idea, now?
