It is very important that workplace “training” be the vector for disseminating transcult nonsense to adults. Because work is the place where you have no right to free speech.
DH and I were talking about this last night.
And I know in several threads here we've been talking about the government effectively outsourcing censorship and social control to private companies. The obvious example is social media with FB and Twitter imposing their selectively draconian Terms of Service and definitions of offensive ideas and speech.
But, yes - the legislative body's work is done for them if we are conditioned out of free speech and even conscience by our workplaces.
