I'm pretty sure they can't, as they have the privilege of being male!

Just for information, here is the story of a contemporary slave owner in Mauritania who after meeting a French tutor became an abolitionist fighting to end slavery in his country (it's illegal but 10 to 20% of Mauritanians are estimated to be kept as slaves).

I was very pleased Charley. Mostly for L. Partly because S is the kind of arrogant little scrote that would expect my DH to be on board.

@Vicky1990 I've worked in homelessness for almost three decades. Overwhelmingly with men. Most of my colleagues are women. Men's centre near me, almost exclusively female staff. Mental health team, same.
