Jean, if you are reading, my heart goes out to you. I have no words that can comfort you but I will support you as long as possible.

I have no words. Love to Jean and her family, she's a fierce Queen, keep riding.

Cancer is a random bastard. Jean brings the names of women who've been erased by men back into public conciousness, by riding her bike. She is an inspiring woman and I'm wishing her all the best in her uphill slog against rogue cells.

I'm sorry, this is the first I have heard of Jean and her bike rides but I think it's an amazing thing to do so I have been to the Go Fund Me page and donated.

Jean's blog reduced me to tears. I really hope she has many, many wonderful years ahead of her. There is something about her work, her purpose - riding for murdered women - that is really heart rending. That she cares so much about these women she has never met or spoken with that she treats them in death with so much dignity and love, when so much of what they knew when alive was pain and abuse.
