Joining please. I'm 11 stone 10. One week into the 16:8 fast (target 4 weeks of having that 8 hour eating window), lost 2Ibs week/1. My target weight is 10 stone over a 12 month period. Determined!

I started so well and then it was the weekend and it was wet and windy and the need to bake took over! I have lost 1lb. Not over the moon by it but know exactly where I went wrong. Let's hope next weekend isn't stormy weather!

I’d like to join in please.
My clothes aren’t comfy anymore and I know if I lose 10lbs then I’d feel a lot more comfortable day to day.
I seem to be like other posters who have said they feel like their own worst enemy. I need some accountability to not eat the biscuits and cakes.
I’m 9st11.
I’ve been doing yoga at home to build up my strength and feel good for it.

The need to bake this weekend got me too and the recipes I tried were too good. I tell myself I don’t have to eat a slice and then it’s on my plate. 😕

10st 1. So annoyed as I was this last year and got down to 9st 3 by April doing 5:2. I eat pretty healthily but do like a tipple but mainly at the weekend. Need to up the exercise but always walk with the dog. Would’ve happy to get to 9st 7 for now.

Got the weight off last year, but after a stressful few months in work and comfort eating it's crept back on! 11st1 today, want to get to at least 10st3 where I feel more comfortable

I was away Monday so couldn't check in but I have lost 7lb the last week. I knew I was super bloated last Monday on starting day so I am wondering how much of that, if any was fat.
Last week I eliminated evening snacking, I must actively diet properly, it's half term for us so I'm not being as good as I should.

I’m the same weight.

I go away for a week in about 2.5 weeks and I’d live to be down to 9st 12 by then.

Welcome! I’m a shortie too, 5ft 1😂 I’d like to be 9st or under. Currently juuuust 10 stone. The scales hovered on 9.13 this morning then went up😏

I'd love to join, feel like I need some accountability to keep me going. I'm also in the habit of weighing in daily (would like to just go once a week but who am I kidding?!)

I started the year at 12st 12lbs. First target is 11st 7lbs (I've not been that weight for maybe 10 years).

My current weight is 12st 3lbs.

Hey, can I join too plz? Another shortie here, 5,2 and 11st 2 😔 and 5lbs of that has just went on in the last week as it was my birthday. Time to reign it in! I'm happy at 9, 12. If I go any lighter I look ill.
What's everyone's plans to lose weight? Calorie counting, slimming world, WW ? I think I'll try Calorie counting.
