Just read The Women of Troy.

That Pat Barker trilogy and the Claire North Ithaca trilogy are the best reimaginings of the male greek classics from a female perspective, for my money. I love them.

@Philandbill and @lelwa - The Red Mars trilogy, or The Martian? Both are great.
