Jack that is fab. Running shoes are fine in gym unless their spikes.

I have put on a pound. Not bothered. Will chuck it off next week.

I have accepted that if this is what I want, at 43, I will need to work at it. There are worse things than refusing a biscuit.

And well done Cyb. I am pleased at the 10lb. Really pleased in fact. Just a bit pissed of that it is 10lbs I have lost and gained before!!!

Dinky - forgot to mention your mice issue. You are very good. I would be in a hotel! I could not live in house if lots of mice. I would def get the exterminator man in.

Have just done Tesco and am starving. Just had a banana and it is doing nothing. Off out for coffee with a friend in a while so need to eat something filling or will be tempted by croissant or something.

Am 10st 10 today , another 2lbs since last week and 10lbs overall. Defo like the protein thurs, really helps I think. Just 6lbs to target. Tits look bigger'n'ever though humph

Morning losers

Not good this morning, I'm 9st3. So up on last week, which was also up on the week before

I need to get back in the zone. I will do it. And now I have my gym membership, even though I'm starting work next week there are lots of gyms I can go to in lunch breaks/before/after work, so I feel ok.

Well done all losers. Su - you can't leave us! Can't you pop in every now and then and give us a good shouting to?

What's good to eat with a cup of tea? Biscuits seem to be my default choice, which i need to stop doing. Anyone know any good snacks that go well? Is this where I need some kind of oat cake scenario?

Aaaargh. I have such bad water retention my fingers look like sausages, bad period skin, bad period - period, vermin infested house (though talking DH round to killing the mice before we move out - thanks for the link Cyb, think that convinced him) - and have put on a pound. Today is not a good day in the dinky household.

Congrats on hitting goal - even on the bad scales - Su. Have a fab birthdy.

BO - congrats on getting off the 11 4 plateau. Congrats to all other losers.

Jack - definitely take DH up on the offer and join the gym. You see all sorts of sizes and shapes at the gym and having such a great choice of gyms and classes for only £29 a month is not to be discarded lightly. You'll probably love the gym within a few times of going.

Cheeese - try malt loaf 33 cals. If you have to have a biscuit - jaffa cakes are the best.
