Welcome Kickarse - well done on your brilliant weight loss so far.

cocolepew · 28/04/2010 21:17

God you've all turned into the Old Me

bobbiewickham · 28/04/2010 21:19

I will Eric, I will stop.

Need to be 11stone by June.

I think I'm running out of ideas. Am truly fucked off with fish.

cyb · 28/04/2010 21:19

NODDERS was it you and me that were admiring shoes like this and you bought some veh similar...these are so cheap cant believe they are suede

BudaisintheZONE · 28/04/2010 21:20

Crikey! 60 posts already. I only had dinner and watched two episodes of the Lion Man. Oh well - I suppose if you are typing so much you can't be eating crap at the same time.

Buda
started at 16 st 10 (gulp)
now 16 st 4
wAnt to be 10 10

am cutting out crap
no wheat pretty much
no sugar
enough protein
lots of fruit & veg

Dinner tonight was oven baked salmon with pesto with roast veg
yummy
DH did the look. But ate it.

am thinking the 4 eggs and 2 bananas I had today and yesterday are a bit binding!

Not great at exercising but want to change that.

Noddy - being fussy with textures must make it harder! DS is 8 and just fussy with tastes and anything he doesn't like the look of. But your DS survived so far so that gives me hope for mine! I love your DS's hair. Very cool.

Su/Gordon/? - I haven't looked at op but hope dh ok now. Sounds lke a lot of staples!!

EricPicklesFatNeck · 28/04/2010 21:21

oh shoe people - can any of you identify shoes i saw on a woman yesterday. they were quite like swedish hasbeens skyhigh affairs but not peep toe and teh heal had a green line sandwiched down the middle. they looked gorgeous

dinkystinky · 28/04/2010 21:21

Right - as Su/Gordon/Peppa is off finding her DH's missing staple am implementing Dietmaggedon for us biffers (in which I am including myself btw)

TOMORROW WE WILL NOT BIFF - I WANT ALL BIFFERS TO GET OUT AND DO SOME EXERCISE TOMORROW, TO DRINK AT LEAST 2 LITRES OF WATER (IN FACT YOU MUST DRINK HALF A LITRE OF WATER BETWEEN MEALS BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT SNEAKING IN A CORN THIN THINGUMMY) AND TO PLAN TONIGHT WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO EAT TOMORROW AND STICK TO IT.....

Who is with me?

KickArseQueen · 28/04/2010 21:23

peppa! pmsl, no I'm not a weirdy skinny! If I get down to 9stone 2 that will be the bottom end of the healthy bmi zone for me but thats where I always hovered before I had the kids iyswim?, my plan is to get down to 9stone 2 and see if I like it, if my head looks too big for my body...

I
^

Then I can always chub up a bit ...

Trouble is I've been stuck here for a while now, Thanks dinky and ducky please kick away!!!

bobbiewickham · 28/04/2010 21:25

ME!

Though can't do exercise as am at work.

Will take the dogs for a walk when I get home. Will that do?

Tomorrow I am going to eat....

Branflakes
Salad from M&S for lunch
Fruit mid-afternoon
Pasta with rocket and olive oil and pine nuts and a smidge of parmesan for dinner.

Okay?

JackBauer · 28/04/2010 21:25

Bobbie and ducky. BAD, VERY, VERY BAD

Just had small half corn cob with nowt on it, nt hungry. Loving this.

I need HELP though, about to start a thread in style. Urgent.

hi Kickarse, you are welcome to my newbie chair, maybe they'll ease up on me a bit.

CheeeseOnToast · 28/04/2010 21:25

Me, Dinky. I'm in.

bobbiewickham · 28/04/2010 21:26

Sorry JB

YoginiBikini · 28/04/2010 21:26

I'm with you dinky but still reeling from the grossness of staples in knees

BudaisintheZONE · 28/04/2010 21:26

I'm in. Going to do a 5k walk with dog tomorrow.

Will not biff.

Dinner will be chicken with lentil salad.

Anyone got a recipe for a nice low fat hummus?

dinkystinky · 28/04/2010 21:26

Hmm, KickArse - I'm 5 4 and my aim is somewhere around the 10 mark I think putting me slap bang in the middle of the healthy BMI range (was 10 4 but kept taking my eye off the ball as approached that weight so have dropped the goal abit). Would cut yourself some slack and aim for 9 7 to start off with and see how you feel when you get there rather than setting yourself up for but my pre kid skinny clothes dont fit me any more when i'm back to kid weight why why why trauma...

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 28/04/2010 21:28

Yes Dinky, am in.

YoginiBikini · 28/04/2010 21:28

I have belly dancing, beer swigging, hula hooping rats in the garden! Aaarrrrrghh!!

They look like they need to join the thread. Bloaters they are

duckyfuzz · 28/04/2010 21:28

oo-er bobbie!
I have been exercising and think I look better but am heavier and in my defence I haven't really eaten today apart from the nuts and wine
no more biffing
i will go and write lines

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 28/04/2010 21:30

Fantastic weight loss Kickarse.

dinkystinky · 28/04/2010 21:31

Oh yes everyone - I will be patrolling the thread tomorrow night with my enormo kick-ass stapler from the office that can staple through 80 pages without so much as breaking a sweat. Anyone that breaks the Dietmaggedon code has been warned

Bobbie - sounding good. If quiet in the shop, try doing something physical, even if its bicep curls with a hard back or two or a quick sprint to Reiss and back Failing that, walking the dogs would be good.

Tomorrow will be pilates class and (work permitting) body combat class - will be porridge and skinny latte in the morning, soup for lunch and, as am out at private shopping evening at LK bennett tomorrow night with colleagues, am allowing self 3 glasses of fizz and no canapes. Dinner will be something chicken based out somewhere with no carbs at all.

bobbiewickham · 28/04/2010 21:31

Nuts are a big downfall of mine.

I kid myself I eat them for protein because I don't eat meat.

I don't.

I eat them because they are delicious and I am a big fat biffer.

And the calories!

I blame Gillian McKeith for making me believe they are diet food.

EricPicklesFatNeck · 28/04/2010 21:31

i may be a biffer but i have to say i am really fit atm. ran 10k this morning, lots of uphill adn it was great

dinkystinky · 28/04/2010 21:32

Rats Yogini Good luck geting rid of them.

Used to have them in the alley near our offices - some of them were as big as bloody cats!

bobbiewickham · 28/04/2010 21:33

Impressive Eric!

Quite like the sound of the Reiss Dash - but nothing will fit me when I get there!

dinkystinky · 28/04/2010 21:34

Wow Eric - that's brilliant running.

I have to admit I'm not aiming for the bottom of BMI as it just doesnt work if you do alot of exercise (which I think you definitely do Eric with all that running) and I like my figure more when I eat more and exercise more to sculpt it rather then when I dont eat much at all and am stick thin with no muscle tone at all..
