Am hiding thread
It is way too messy/nasty
Am making home made chips and spatchcock chicken a la nando's sauce
Have added in a salad as have realised as I write down my meals where the no weight loss might come from
Will drink lots of water
I agree re good advice from su, no-one will listen though i think

EricPicklesFatNeck · 30/04/2010 18:50

EricPicklesFatNeck · 30/04/2010 18:51

AitchTwoZone · 30/04/2010 18:52

very funny, sheep. if a little depressing.

i have not lost. i have gained three qu of pound. i am Supremely Not Bothered.

DarrellRivers · 30/04/2010 18:58

No, as is Friday, Waitrose have obliged
All bone out so cooks in 55 mins
It is quite fun cutting up chicken with scissors though

chibi · 30/04/2010 18:58

Lol sheep I am in a right mood and fml cheered me up

I am plateauing and trying not to care

EricPicklesFatNeck · 30/04/2010 18:59

something hurts in my middle region when i cough, i suspect pilates have made first contact with my abs

AitchTwoZone · 30/04/2010 19:03

lol, well done.

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 30/04/2010 19:15

go off to have tea and everything disappears. missed all the good advice!

Am loving cupcake man - who cares if he bakes! I wouldn't care if he didn't speak.

Master - that's was people say about the baby. I don't worry though, I've strapped him in the baby walker on the treadmill. That will sort him out.

Have not lost any, or gained any. Would like to lose a few more pounds before holiday at end of May BUT look ok in bickernicki now so not too desperate.

dinkystinky · 30/04/2010 19:26

Hurrah at leaping off the plateau Eric and finding an ab muscle, albeit an achy one

Lol at the escapades of su's cat

Porridge - how old is your baby? My DS2 is like a little buddha at the moment - I love his little chubbiness phases (he goes all buddha like then has a growth spurt and looks all long and thin).

Cant believe stropgate is still going on.

Oh yes sheep - poos are known as MamaGs in this neck of the woods. Fine to mention them but please do not weigh before and after as you'll risk the wrath of Aitch (brilliant round up by the way - I see JB got a mention)

AitchTwoZone · 30/04/2010 19:27

the wrath of anyone with a modicum of decorum, dinky... not just me.

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 30/04/2010 19:34

8 months - not crawling just yet - he's a happy little chubber. Thighs, the circumference of my arms. A mum at school said to me yesterday "you're so little how did you produce HIM?"

smallishsheep · 30/04/2010 19:37

I'm a serial weigher I'm afraid. Am always a bit when a poo makes no difference.
Haven't lost a thing in 3 weeks. i think my body is done losing. So it's up to me not to let it balloon again

bobbiewickham · 30/04/2010 19:37

at stropgate

YoginiBikini · 30/04/2010 19:38

Oh I can't catch up. Keep getting distracted

Buddha babies, I had one after several delicate dollies. My buddha is shooting up and becoming slim at the moment too dinky

Not sure I want to find out what stropgate involves

Anyone done clay pigeon shooting? Booking for dh's birthday

repeats for su, I have lost lost lost this week again hurray

Well done all others

AitchTwoZone · 30/04/2010 19:39

did you see the advice of the dukan diet? it says blah blah blah diet stuff etc but recommended one day per week of no carbs so as to correct any funny business.

YoginiBikini · 30/04/2010 19:41

"you're so little" Porridge? Fantastic!

I'd be jumping up and down. No ones said that to me for ages. I plan for them to say it again very soon

He sounds a real cutie

dinkystinky · 30/04/2010 19:41

Ooh they're total pumpkins (but in a good way) at that age Porridge - DS2 (and DS1) were both little buddhas until they started crawling then thinned out, DS1 stayed thin whereas DS2 has a tendency to buddha-up then thin down as he hits his little toddler growth spurts. Enjoy the puddingness - and is brilliant for building up arm and back strength (and burning a few calories) lugging a little chubster around the place...

Aitch - you are the only model of decorum on this thread!

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 30/04/2010 19:47

Thank you Yogi. I have a feeling she meant short!

ZoneArmatrading · 30/04/2010 20:38

I'm coming back for a bit.

There was a Magnum. There was pasta and pesto. I feel full into my back!

I am not safe to leave on own.

I need to have a plan for maintainance and like someone sensibly said up thread (soz can't remember who) need to get a couple of pounds below goal to have run up for staying there.

YoginiBikini · 30/04/2010 20:42

hey ZoneA! You've made me laugh straight away

dinkystinky · 30/04/2010 20:47

ZoneA - you do what I do everytime I approach goal - take your eye off the ball and accidentally end up face first in biffing food. Why not consider today as a one off celebration of hitting goal and back to maintenance tomorrow? The 70/30 rule is often sited - non-bififng 70% of the time and biffing (in moderation) 30% of the time - for maintenance. Or you could go protein only for a day a week a la Aitch's post about the Dukan diet (sorry, everytime I type that I want to type Dukie diet as surely all that protein must result in mamag type issues )

Quiet on here tonight - is everyone off at Cyb's partay?

ReshapeWhileDamp · 30/04/2010 22:18

I'm still here, Dinky! Just lurking for old times' sake.

Lol at Fabio. Does he ever get the bus, Su?

cyb · 30/04/2010 22:35

My partay is tomorrow! I am orf to bed, knackered, too much excitement for me today

JackBauerIsZonerrific · 30/04/2010 23:43
