Dinner was chicken and salad and asparagus with a lentil salad with feta. tWas yummy.

Treated myself to glass of red wine. Did also have white wine sodas. Have managed to make bottle of white wine last 4 nights.

Drank loads of water today. Ate quite a bit but all good stuff.
