Get drinking now to avoid any more accidental biffage - and avoid Pret which is calorie central (unless going for a soup without cream in it, edamame beans, skinny popcorn or a small fruit salad - everything else has hidden or not so hidden lard in it). What is it you're feeling stressed/down/anxious about - or is it just boredom eating? If boredom eating can you rechannel the energy into something else - painting nails at work not so good I guess (esp not in a shop) but maybe something else - knitting, crochet, sudoku???
