Dinky

Fishie - I'm looking at the Japan Centre shop - which one is it?

McBitchy · 29/03/2010 21:30

agree entirely lorraine - i have never had any weight issues
breastfeeding - the fat clings to my upper body...grrr

cyb · 29/03/2010 21:32

RIGHT you 'target weighters'-
What are you going to do to maintain once you;ve hit that target?

cyb · 29/03/2010 21:33

ooh and gold shoes are winging their way

isthatporridgeinyourhair · 29/03/2010 21:37
  1. No white bread, pasta, potatoes, booze, chocolate on a school night.
  1. Reduce cake intake to occasional rather than daily.
  1. Continue exercising so am bikini fit the whole year.
fishie · 29/03/2010 21:47

porridge it is not on the site. i was in shop. recovering from the horror that my favourite sesame dressing is 80cals a tbsp.

i might take orders but the thought of taking myriad little glass bottles to traf sq post office is a bit daunting. will rise to it if needed.

isthatporridgeinyourhair · 29/03/2010 21:53

God dammit - being in the sticks can be v frustrating. Visiting MIL in Chiswick this weekend - might be able to sneak into shop on way to hell on earth child centred attraction. Bless you fishie for the offer - very kind.

BobtheWoodmouse · 29/03/2010 22:06

Thanks Humph (can only poo on own loo too)
McBitch - I tell everyone I'm 5'6" but reckon 5'5" is nearer the truth. I did a half marathon yesterday so all the running and stuff has helped shed a pile o' fat.

BobtheWoodmouse · 29/03/2010 22:09

Is everyone weighing every day? I'm seeing up to 3-pound variations but trying to ignore it and keep going and hang in there, the overall trend is downwards...it would be nice to get a waist back

HumphreyCobbler · 29/03/2010 22:13

Bob, at that weight and height you must be positively skinny

I do weigh every day, it seems to vary a bit according to my cycle. If I only notice a small weight loss over a week, say half a pound, I look at a pack of butter and mentally remove it from my arse. IYSWIM. It helps me to stay positive.

BobtheWoodmouse · 29/03/2010 22:30

ha ha I do the pack of butter thing too - or bags of potatoes. I am feeling slim for the first time in ages. Just scared I'll hit the 4th week of my cycle and it was all go horribly wrong - once I've had a binge, it can last several days, but feeling good at the moment and so nice to have clothes feeling looser and not leaving marks all over my body. I'm definitely not skinny but looking slimmish and toned - big thighs though and of course tittage disappeared instantly. Hmph.

bongosmum · 29/03/2010 22:34

oh girls can i play too? i hate myself...2 glasses of wine and went to the co-op and bought 6 large 'buttons eggs' for easter on the bogof...i only have 5 kids coming and ate the whole shell of egg six...not like me to eat sweet stuff...feel like a machine though - or a skip...can't 'feel full'...need motivated - s.o.s x

BobtheWoodmouse · 29/03/2010 22:43

Hi Bongo
Have you eaten the buttons yet ha ha? I think you get bollocked on this thread fro transgressions - that's what I need. I don't buy easter eggs until the last minute, then my daughter gets just one that she knows to keep out of my sight. Over the last few Easters I've had to dash out and replace whole caches of eggs, several times over, having scoffed them secretly, it's a relief to confess

bongosmum · 29/03/2010 22:54

thank you bob...i feel cleansed...i promise to start afresh tomorrow.... i am going to start running, went with the dogs and had to stop to pick up poo, so totally unsuccessful!! determined to feel free when the sun comes out as oppose to wearing a cardi to cover up flabby hoover bag arms!!

MamaGlee · 30/03/2010 07:51
