I had scrambled egg on toast for lunch but hardly any and unwillingly shared it with a toddler

half an apple ( ditto the toddler -very 'square' child you understand!)

STARVING hungry for most of the day which i always take as a good sign.

Still weighed the exact same at morning bath as I did at evening one which was one lb up on yesterday

HumphreyCobbler · 29/03/2010 20:56

I put on about three pounds over the course of the day

I only note first thing in the morning post poo weight.

SuSylvester · 29/03/2010 20:57

i shake my scales adn then have to stand on them several times to get them to settle down.

i repeat this several times until i seem to getting the same thing

alittlebitshy · 29/03/2010 21:00

zone? maybe:

Branflakes with a few raisins and about 1/3 of a banana (1% fat milk)

Jacket potato with beans and cheese (at spud u like). neeed the energy to deal with whiney slightly under par kiddies.

a raw carrot

a baked sweet potato with a a bit of cream cheese (low fat) to moisten it, some prawns and shitloads of salad!!

am at what some people can eat and not feel hungry on. I am eating my own arm if i skip a meal/don@t bulk up with fruit. respect!

bobbiewickham · 29/03/2010 21:01

It's the creme egg, Su, you know it.

alittlebitshy · 29/03/2010 21:03

yy re post poo weigh in.

i weekly weigh at church on a sat - we have set up a weigh and pray mutual support thingummy , and i have been known to weigh, poo then weigh. tmi? .

dinkystinky · 29/03/2010 21:03

Ah, tis really full of the divvil's cum... lol!

dinkystinky · 29/03/2010 21:04

When do you pray littlebitshy - as you get on the scales or during the inter-poo-lude?

HumphreyCobbler · 29/03/2010 21:04

The other day I weighed myself before and after feeding DD.

She drank 4oz.

bobbiewickham · 29/03/2010 21:05

That's actually very sweet, Humphrey.

isthatporridgeinyourhair · 29/03/2010 21:07

Humph - Did it make a difference?

LorraineSattell · 29/03/2010 21:08

nope that's it, start a new thread. this one says cum on it. it's the least pleasant word in the dictionary.

isthatporridgeinyourhair · 29/03/2010 21:08

Sorry - being thick!

HumphreyCobbler · 29/03/2010 21:08

Well I now make sure she has both sides before weighing.

That is half a pound!!!

alittlebitshy · 29/03/2010 21:08

dinky lol we pray at the start but have bene known to get a head of ourselves and jump on the scales (not all at the same time, natch } before we've all assembled. one of my friends tried weighing, praying and weighing but twas not to be that day lol. pooing is so much more effective.

dinkystinky · 29/03/2010 21:08

I borrowed that from the last thread - cant remember who described creme eggs as that but boy did it put me off them for life!

isthatporridgeinyourhair · 29/03/2010 21:09

Wish I hadn't stopped bfing now!

HumphreyCobbler · 29/03/2010 21:10

I can only poo in my own loo.

alittlebitshy · 29/03/2010 21:12

I am doubting my 20mo ds is anywhere near as helpful in reducing my weigh. he loves his bm but i think he is a snacker rather than as efficient as a teeny baby

HumphreyCobbler · 29/03/2010 21:14

DD is 18 months.

But think really, I only weigh the extra in the first place due to making the milk anyway.

dinkystinky · 29/03/2010 21:18

DS2 is a snacker too - definitely good case for continuing to bf though Humph!

isthatporridgeinyourhair · 29/03/2010 21:19
dinkystinky · 29/03/2010 21:21

Porridge - you've just brightened my day with your last post!

fishie · 29/03/2010 21:22

i have a new discovery from the japan centre of non-fat salad dressing. got pickled plum and i ate a whole 100g of salad without even bothering with my protein (140g lean teriyaki steak). i did eat that afterwards though. with wasabi.

there are three other sorts.
