i am not even low carbing but i dare not touch bread - apart from the occassional pitta

LadyBlaBlah · 29/03/2010 20:29

Zone-ing it big time

Banana
Lentil soup
About to have chilli prawns with small salad

Treats /snacks? Nada. Nothing. Nowt. Not a sausage.

I am not hungry and I will contribute to building the really fat person on Friday.

(I can't do protein only, I feel like my bowels themselves weigh 10 stone. T'is a man diet)

YoginiBikini · 29/03/2010 20:31

I'm staggering back in

The last few days gone in a lovely blur of celebrations and fun and the scales are still making me smile this morning

am I too late to talk bees?

Su have you still got that Nars bronzer?

I bought and bought clothes on saturday. I look fab! But - I got some new jeans, Anthology which keep falling down. They're a 12 and lovely and I am no way too small for a 12 - yet . They are lovely and are very flattering - until they start to fall down after an hour of wearing them. Why??? Everything else is great.

Are we still doing wake and shake in the morning? Hope so. bright and early please

BobtheWoodmouse · 29/03/2010 20:31

thanks Sue - no bread, no bingeing At last, someone to tell me how it is. I am under 9 stone again for the first time this year (naked in morning standing on one toe)

HumphreyCobbler · 29/03/2010 20:32

Hello

Just popped in to say still in the zone.

Only just though, spectacularly crap day all round. I REALLY wanted to eat some cake. But I thought of you all and resisted

HumphreyCobbler · 29/03/2010 20:33

God I want to be under nine stone

well done

dinkystinky · 29/03/2010 20:33

Have parachuted out of zone due to work stresses. Giving myself a stern talking too and starting afresh tomorrow....

Welcome bob.

McBitchy · 29/03/2010 20:43

BariatricObama · 29/03/2010 20:52

su - you know the rules, weigh only first thing nekkid and after a wee. everyone weighs more in teh evening.

duckyfuzz · 29/03/2010 20:52

su I have ishoos with digital scales too, wii and gym scales have me heavier than digital ones and digi ones vary by abotu 4lbs depending on which bit of floor they're on

SuSylvester · 29/03/2010 20:52

REALLY?
DH SAY s same abotu digital but the other ones arent decisive enough

OP posts:
dinkystinky · 29/03/2010 20:53

my digital scales do the same su - i go for the worst reading too. Today they had me 2lbs heavier than before. sigh. didnt help with trying to keep head in zone...

BariatricObama · 29/03/2010 20:54

even if they are digital they still have to be calibrated adn they will vary. you need to stick to one set of scales on flat hard surface.

SuSylvester · 29/03/2010 20:54

it doesnt does it.
god when it flashed 10 3 i KNEW it was wrong but oh i did get escited

OP posts:
SuSylvester · 29/03/2010 20:55

oh is always on tiled bathroom floor
do move twds me a bit

OP posts:
duckyfuzz · 29/03/2010 20:55

I know exactly where to put them to get the result I want...only fooling myself I know...
