mcbitchy, I WAS a hardened bread and butter gal. I would have toast and butter for breakfast, big old sarnie for lunch, couple of buttery slices when I got home from work (or on the phone to my Mum,weird?!)

Its easier to stop than you think and it accounts for SOOO many calories that if you want to slim down you can drop easily.

If you want something savoury have a couple of oatcakes (I should be on the bloody Oatcake marketing board), or a slice of ham, or a few nuts

my kids are all big (well, 2 are and 1 is, relatively speaking) but wj only look good when pristine. I'm not very good at pristine, plus I have 2 black cats.

I must've missed that meeting. I don't look good in that position. My stomach (which I can kid myslef is flat when upright) all sort of falls forwrd and dangles when on all fours (don't ask). Not flattering position to be papped in.

I've seen some white linen trews but made to jeans shape - they look lush. Have promised them to myself for my hols but ONLY if am below 10st7. Figure that once they are too dirty I can dye them navy..

am being very good in desperate attempt to get in the zone

gym already this morning - 20 mins cross trainer, 20 mins treadmill, 10 mins weights

home, had banana and yoghurt

that's all till soup for lunch. which might be in about 10 minutes coz i am hungry

want to survive on bird-like amounts and not be starving!

want folk to say about me 'oh, she eats like a sparrow'....

Off to gym, have bolognaise in slow cooker, will have mine with salad.

I am so envious happy for all you woman who can lose weight on a daily basis!

I weigh weekly and quite often then, only manage to lose what you lot can in a day!!

And my scales are so moody that if I stepped on them too quickly, slowly, the wrong angle, I can gain 3lb in 10 minutes!! So I tend to go with the slimming world consultants scales, 'cos they're 3lb lighter the ones which weigh me correctly.

Breakfast: Grapes, orange & pear chopped up topped with fromage frais

Lunch: Roast beef, carrots, broccoli, cauli, sprouts, and potatoes (I'm not low carbing)

My body is so contrary - I'm wearing a pair of size 12 leggings, a size 10 white long sleeved top & a size 14 stripey thing over it... what the hell size am I? The only thing that is the same in all shops is my feet! And they're a size 2 meaning I have to wear kids shoes or drive 50 miles to the nearest Barrats where they sell crap shoes in a size two..

So far today have had two pieces of toast with thinly spread lurpack light and marmite.
Is this a bad breakfast?

Coffee with a splash of milk and two cups of tea with milk.

Not sure about lunch. Shopping has just been delivered and I've just unpacked loads of crackers, veg and salad and realised I now have to plan meals and cook all this stuff for the next week before it goes all soggy.
