I am so envious happy for all you woman who can lose weight on a daily basis!
I weigh weekly and quite often then, only manage to lose what you lot can in a day!!
And my scales are so moody that if I stepped on them too quickly, slowly, the wrong angle, I can gain 3lb in 10 minutes!! So I tend to go with the slimming world consultants scales, 'cos they're 3lb lighter the ones which weigh me correctly.
Breakfast: Grapes, orange & pear chopped up topped with fromage frais
Lunch: Roast beef, carrots, broccoli, cauli, sprouts, and potatoes (I'm not low carbing)
My body is so contrary - I'm wearing a pair of size 12 leggings, a size 10 white long sleeved top & a size 14 stripey thing over it... what the hell size am I? The only thing that is the same in all shops is my feet! And they're a size 2 meaning I have to wear kids shoes or drive 50 miles to the nearest Barrats where they sell crap shoes in a size two..
