Blondes ? I hate people like that who can eat whatever they like but are still skinny as a rake! Or people like that who think they are fat! Well I don?t mean hate, but you know what I mean. The lunch your friend made sounds lovely. I agree Blondes, we should all be proud of ourselves to keep it going for so long.

Kayzr ? Don?t beat yourself up, it just a one- off blip. You?ll be fine. I hope the dentist went well.

bebejones ? I have the same problem as you with the exercise. I would like to do exercise but just don?t seem to find the time. I hope you managed to get to your reunion today. Was it fun?

GettinTrimmer ? Hope your DS is better soon. Same here. I have never been able to keep to a diet before and it makes me more motivated every day and week that I keep to it this time.

Hows your half term been everyone? Ours has been nice and busy. DH took the day off work yesterday and took the DC to the circus. I was very proud of myself declining on the lovely smelling popcorn.

sod that 13st 5oz would be nice!!!

LRD don't worry about it. It's all to do with height so if you are shorter then you can look worse than someone who is the same weight but taller.

PBM poor you - no advise just wishing you a speedy and full recovery.

Can't belive Dis is taking a break we will miss you our founding mother...

My MN habit has been curtailed by being back at work our IT dept banning access to MN and Facebook - don't knwo what they expect me to do al day now!!

I've been really lazy - not be to the gym or done any wii fit for two weeks - guess thats why I only lost 0.5lb last week.

HUsband on the other hand is in the US, gas Gastroenteritis (?sp) and has lost 1 stone in 5 days -

I find it so hard in this cold weather ( alto' my laziness happens all yr round!) to get motivated to do exercise - any top tips out there?

I've been at this diet now for 6 wks - longest ever I've managed it so want to thank all you lovey people for helping me stick to it...not sure I'll have shifted 2 stone by end of march but hoping I wont be too far off .

Looking at the list - seems were all doing a cracking job - keep up the good work.

ok, yesteday was a complete right off - i dont want to think about how many points i ate, but worked out it was about 60

thats 3 days worth of points

so i am scrapping yesterday and starting again today (it was a bloody good kief though )

butter+garlic oozzing out .........

right,im off to the gym - have a good day ladies

Right I am now being super super strict. We are going to the races in August so I have to be able to get into a gorgeous posh dress and not look like a rhino in a dress like I do now!

MABS hope gym was good, i have just come back from an hours body combat class - i worked my f-ing arse off!!!

KAYZR after my blip yesterday, and feel quite ashamed of myself to eat soooooooooooooo much - i am back in the diet mode

just hope one day of VERY bad eating doesnt make me gain

I have got my usual low point meal cooking, roasted peppers, bns,onion+carrots cooking in oven, will add chopped chicken and tin of toms in 30mins - so a 2.5p lunch

Round of applause for kayzr! It's so lovely to get back into clothes, isn't it? I just tried on a pair of jeans I haven't worn for 18months and though I wouldn't wear them because they really looked tight, they did go on, which is progress!

LRD You're fine, not tactless, my friend is only 5ft and petite, 11 stone on her would be massive!

Twitter I know what you mean about getting motivated to do exercise, but on foodfocus when I record my exercise, the calories I can burn motivates me.

MABS Well done on the gym.

Blondes Exercise will take care of some of the 60 points! I don't think 1 day will cause that much damage. Also, I saw it mentioned on a different weight loss thread that weight loss can come to a standstill if the low calories go on and on without a break - hope that's true as I had chocolate orange and cheese and biscuits at lunch time

I was reading another thread on 'chat' about Big Issues you don't care about, that there's plenty of people who find diet talk boring, so at least we can all sympathise with what we're doing. Sounds like all I do is lurk on mumsnet

Yay Kayzr well done on the jeans! My smaller pair are now falling down so when I get home I will be trying the pre DD size 16 ones!!! Isn't it a great feeling?

Blondes - 60points! YIKES! I'm sure some exercise will help & it's not like you eat that everyday!! Sounded yummy though!

Battery dying on laptop! Just got back to my mums after reunion lunch at pub! Was really nice & lots of little babies (including some goreous twin boys) to coo over! DD was a handful but ate loads which is a massive surprise! I was v naughty & had beer battered cod & chips & my friend & I shared a lemon tart with raspberry sorbet. (All of which DD helped with plus a load of my friends mashed potato wit leeks) It was all delicious but I am officially only eating celery for the next week!! Hoping I can do some ecercise 2moro when I get home even if it's only 20mins wii boxing!

Hi all and welcome back LRD

Great to see everyone getting thinner and into 'old' clothes Well done on all the losses, and I am over all the exercise - not sure where you get the energy (or time)

I went a bought a new bra today and have gone from a 36G to a 32G, plus I bought a new pair of jeans in M&S which are a 'fashionable' size 14 so am very chuffed, despite having only lost a pound in 3 weeks. Dh has mended the exercise bike so will be going on that soon.

Hope all the poorly people / dcs / dhs get better soon, and dis will miss you but hope you get what you need from the break and come back stronger and thinner.

The latest inspiring thing on my W8 site is

"Nothing tastes as good as slim feels"

not sure about nothing but it has helped me avoid many little 'treats'

I am back at work today after my week off. I really can't be bothered.

I've just worked out my points for today and I am only using 10. I have no idea where I can get some more points. So I might treat myself when I finish work to a fattening lunch.

Afternoon all

Blondes/MABS/anyone else Have you ever done RPM? It used to be spinning, but I was told this morning it's more structured now with interval training.

The last time I did spinning, the bike collapsed! I was a bit bruised and scraped, but this was about a year and a half ago and I have only just worked up the courage to have another go. It's funny now but wasn't at the time.

I've booked for the class tomorrow and if I don't turn up I have to pay £5.

TRIMMER ((HUGS)) the bike collasped? i would sue their arses off!!!

yes i have done rpm, and it is fun, tho bloody hard work

but i cant do it know, i busted my knee cap about 3years ago, and it is weak, i can do body combat, tho lunges kill it, but i cant easily cycle anymore and the movement makes it pop out again

hope you enjoy it

Arctic - have written your W8 quote in magnets on my fridge!

Haven't done Wii yet, have been running around like a loony since I got home though. DH fell down our outside stone steps & has bruised his bum! So had to go to Tesco & cook 3 different dinners (for me, DH & DD) plus clear up all the mess from DH having friends over! (They had a massive fry up this morning (all hungover) but left the hob covered in oil & the house stinks of bacon & sausages All after I had driven the 2.5hrs home, probably a bit faster than I should as NHS direct had told DH he might need an Xray as his leg had gone numb!!! MEN!!

If I lose 1lb 2moro I will be more than pleased as have had a pretty rubbish food & exercise week!

BEBE your poor dh, though obv was karma for making a mess in your kitchen and cooking foods you cant eat

my roast dinner was scrummy - was 7p - 2 for chicken, 3 for roasties,2 for yorkies, 0 for veg and gravey(made with stock cube)

i still feel at my blip, but as i said onwards and upwards and will be VERY good this week and hope to lose on friday

good luck everyone else who weighs tomorrow (think everyone except me lol)
