very p**d off now
i aid i never wanted to be 16st again..and guess what!, im 16st again.
ive put a pound on this week
however i do understand why...
2 bowls of choc chip icecream, big mac, mcchicken sandwhich fries, burger and chips and only 3 times on excersize bike, no walking cos of snow
all this plus my'normal' food
aaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggghhhhh
mega mega p**d off now though!
