Right!! I need a SEVERE kicking to get my act together!! Any volunteers??!!

I haven't been too bad really, but am having terrible trouble coming to terms with the vast amount of chocolate I ate on sunday. I thought I was doing the right thing by eating them all in one go, but now i'm not too sure!!It's too late now, they're gone, but I feel really bad. I feel sure I will have put some weight on when I get weighed on thursday, and i'm gutted. That means I will drop back below a stone loss, and I was so proud to have reached it, also, I haven't had a week with a gain yet, so that's another black mark!

Had another bad day - feel rotten - have got a sore throat and a horrible cough and can't taste anything. Unfortunately it hasn't stopped me eating junk Am annoyed with myself cos I was doing so well - even through the weekend
Get weighed tomorrow and was initially thinking that I wouldn't go but have decided that I will go and face the scales and see what damage I've done. Only half a pound until my half stone but think I've blown it for this week
Must be something in the air - there seems to be a few of us struggling - not sure when my totm is due - need to check. Ooopppss - getting desperate now - looking for excuses - lol
If anyone is volunteering to kick ass then mine needs a good hefty kick - coppertop, where are you with these big boots????!!!!

Hi,

I haven't really posted much on here before. I was just looking for some help.

It's my birthday next week and I am depating wether to be good or just say sod it for one night!!!

I was at gold weight then fell pregnant. I put on 9Ibs with the pregnancy then had a mc. I'm now trying to get back down to gold - so far I've lost 3.5 Ibs.

So ladies - what would you do. Be very good and try to stay on track - or say sod it and go for an all you can eat chinese and alcohol by the bucket full!!!!!

Just been weighed and have put on half a pound. I still feel yuk Still can't taste anything - everything tastes like sawdust. Have been good today though and did stay to class tonight I am premenstrual though and have been a crabby cow all day
I have hardly any voice and haven't been able to shout at the telly last night and tonight for the footie Even had to resort to arguing with my friend by e-mail today - how sad is that!
Going to watch rest of Arsenal game in silence - Dh and Ds are happy about that - then going for a bath cos I'm shivery then to bed.

evesmama don't give up just think one day soon you will never be 16 stone again even if you did put on a pound or two now and then.

sweetheart -sorry to hear your bad news. if I were you I would say sod it and eat what you like for your birthday, one day can't ruin a diet.

in case yorkiegirl's email is down still, I lost 1lb this week () so that's 19lb in total. feeling good, more active and less hungry, it must be spring....

Sweetheart - I'd be tempted to just have the night off and eat/drink what you like.

There is absolutely no justice in this world because despite being a choc-gobbling piggy this week I have actually lost a pound!!!!!

Lost 1lb but had to weigh on own scales (well friend's actually) as I can't get to weigh in this week because the kids are sick. Yuk!!!!!!

Where is everyone? How are you all doing? I am struggling - have laryngitis and a chest infection Had to come home from work today. Am not hungry but want to eat things I shouldn't - trying hard not to give in to temptation.

im also v.hungry, but got no excuse other than almost totm(always feel bloated and turn into a choccy moster week before)

went all that time without choc and now have started eating it again

today ive had
breakfast: alpen and s.skimmed milk
lunch: ham sandwhich(ight lurpack) and fat free yog
tea:ravioli on toast(no butter)+ bowl of choc chic icecream
supper(just ate as had tea at 3.30): small bowl of porridge with nana

bit shitty isnt it

I've been awful today. I seem to go into some kind of feeding frenzy when totm is due. Today I ate a medium-sized pack of Walkers crisps and also a small pack of chocolate buttons. I've done extra walking today to try to undo some of the damage but it's still not good. I really don't deserve to have lost a pound this week.

Anyone seen miam this week? Don't think I've seen her posting. Hope she is OK.

I'll make you all feel better and tell you what I ate yesterday, mixture of AF and relief at staying the same sent me on a frenzy.

Porridge made with water with a splash of milk and a teaspoon of honey.

An orange Frys Cream

Four quorn sausages and a whole tin of spaghetti hoops (yuck).

Two Frys Creams (plain ones this time) and a cup of tea.

Dinner homemade chicken curry with boiled rice (not too bad but had loads of it).

Half a bottle of red wine.

Cashew nuts (loads but unsalted)

Ryvita Minis.

2 Skinny Cow ice lollies.

Oh and I missed my aerobics class because when I arrived the creche was full, which was really anoying as DH was at home and could have looked after DS2, grrrr!
