How much do you weigh?

Very interested as to how much we all weigh I’m 5.8 and weigh 12.10, size 14 ongoing healthy eating would love to be size 12 expect me to have to be around 11.9 mid sixties

I now feel like a great lump after reading this thread. I probably need to get divorced again, as that got me down to 6 stone 0lb. I suppose my happy weight is around 7 stone, but I have a DP who feeds me.

Please don't feel like that, I'm sure your partner just wants you to be well and healthy xx

I am surprised at how high a lot of people’s ideal weight is. I am 5 foot 3 and really ought to be 9 stone maximum.. I was 8 stone when I was younger. 10 or 11 is far too high.

I need to be actually 9 st which I was just before the lockdown happened.

I think a lot depends on build. I have a friend who is the same height as me, and when we weighed the same I was really fat and she wasn’t, because she is v muscular with massive bosoms and I am not.

I checked BMI and at 5fr3 the range is 107-135 lb. Just because someone else has a small frame or fixation with being a small size doesn't make someone aiming for 9st7 wrong.

I don't think I'd have the weight issue I now have if I'd accepted that 10st2 was a perfect natural weight for my 5ft6 big frame. Instead I tried to starve and smoke myself to 9st7, and then binged when I couldn't maintain it.

Just got back down to my ‘normal’ weight of 60kg after having baby #2. Took me 5 months to lose and was much harder the second time around.

I'm 43yo 5ft 7in and around 11 stone 4.

I put on a stone over lockdown for various reasons.

It's sad to see how many women on this thread are so negative about really normal, healthy weights.

I have a small frame and not much muscle at present.

5 foot 3.5. 9 stone 5. Size 8-10.

just turned 9 stone 12lb this morning , 18 weeks pregnant
size 10, sometimes an 8 on top.

5'8 and I'm 10st10. Size 10. I'd like to drop a few more pounds. I look good between 10st2 and 10st 7.

Now 8 stone 10. Just under 4ft 11. Size 10 on bottom, 12-14 on top due to big boobs.

I'm 42 and currently 10st 3.
5'4 and wearing about size 12-14 bottom and 12 top.

Like the poster above, I lost about 3 stone in a matter of months without trying but had also lost appetite. Went through lots of tests. Have anxiety but no other reason found yet.

Still not eating very well but maintaining weight instead of losing atm.

@CambsAlways I'm also 5ft8 and 11stone 13 and can squeeze into a size 12 but currently trying to get back to 11 st 2 and a ten. Xx
