12 stone at the moment. Finally managed to lose a few pounds by low carbing. Size 14-16 on the bottom and 12-14 on top.

I was recently at a photoshoot for clothes on average sized women and it was amazing the variation between us even all at a size 14 - turns out I have a long body and short legs.

I used to be a stone heavier and in 2021 I lost a stone. Not sure why but my weight seems stable now. Have definitely lost some muscle though.
I take HRT too which I think helps.

SunshineLollipopsAndRainbows · 04/02/2023 21:58

Way too much! I’m 5ft 2.5 inches & am around 14 to 15 stone (don’t know exactly as I threw my scales out ages ago & the guy who weighed me at the hospital in November said he couldn’t get an accurate reading). I’m happiest around 10 stone as I looked quite gaunt in the face when I was just above 9 some years back. Need to start exercising again as I haven’t been able to do much at all for a couple of years & I need to quit the demon drink.

I can't imagine anyone looking gaunt at 9 stone when they're only 5ft 2.

Are you sure you didn't have jealous friend/family member telling you this?

I am 2lbs into losing the 10 perimenopausal pounds that crept on over the past year. I'm happiest under 10st.

Roo84 · 04/02/2023 22:05

Pretty much the same as you OP.
37, 5ft 7 and 12st 11lb, size 14. I have yo-yoed in last few years down to 12st and back up again.
Still clinging onto hope that I will one day reach my wedding (and pre kids weight) from 10 years ago, which was 10 st 2. However that dream seems to be slowly slipping away...

namechanged221 · 04/02/2023 22:08

5.ft 5
10 stone bang on

I have to eat 1400 calories a day to stay at this weight.. or run a lot then I can eat a bit more.

Otherwise I gain weight slowly but surely

PandasAreUseless · 04/02/2023 22:09

5'4, 9.5 stone.
I wear a size 10.

Well that’s quite an unpleasant comment.

People have different builds and bone structure you know?

RoseThornside · 04/02/2023 22:44

56, 5'7", 9 stone 3. I sometimes put on a few pounds (love cakes, love chocolate, love stodge) but I notice because my work trousers get a bit tight round the waist, so I cut back for a couple of weeks until they're comfortable again. Nowadays I'm a size 10 but in my 20s I was a size 12. Except I was slimmer in my 20s!

MuseThrower · 04/02/2023 22:50

5ft 7, 12st 6.

I occasionally manage to slim down to 11st, but I usually end up back here after a few months.

I eat very healthily, don’t drink at all and do plenty of exercise. I’m not prepared to eat any less than I do, so 12st 6 it is.

I’m 48 and on HRT.

I've lost a stone since getting treatment for a pituitary tumour.

PurpleFeather · 04/02/2023 23:08

I’m 5”8, mid thirties. Maybe 8 stone 4lb? (53kg). Technically underweight I think but I have a very narrow frame so I look quite healthy, just slim.

user1472145047 · 04/02/2023 23:08

I am 48, 6ft 1in and weigh about 13 stone. Want to lose about a stone but have no motivation at the moment to do so.

Cadburysucks · 04/02/2023 23:12

5 foot 2 gained a few pounds recently to 11 stone, was about 10 10 a few months ago. Used to be 8 stone before menopause.

Size 12.

18 months ago I was about 10kg heavier but had a very stressful time and lost a stone. Much happier at this weight so trying to keep the weight off. I don't exercise at all (due to disability) so just trying to eat less.

IDontWantToBeAPie · 04/02/2023 23:19

I'm 5'4 and I'm 63kg. I hate it and am on the edge of overweight

IDontWantToBeAPie · 04/02/2023 23:20

63 is 9st 9lb and it's max but that's almost overweight

Also these responses terrify me. I've re. Trying to get to 8st for a decade (I'm 28).Am I destined to never be slim??
