How do you feel?

Honestly? I still feel fat. I know that I'm a lot slimmer and I can see the difference in photos like this but I still feel like I've got a lot of work to do to feel great. Admittedly that may be some body dysmorphia after loosing 6 stone quite quickly but hopefully it will settle.

I do feel MUCH healthier.

Ive got 2 or 3 stone to lose (I’d be happy with one at the moment!) and I never seem to build up the momentum. I’ll use you as inspiration if that’s ok?!
