3 weeks/half a stone

Hi.

After lockdown and a mental period at work I've let a good 3/4 of a stone creep on.

I feel fat, clothes are starting to feel tight and I'm 1lb off being in the overweight BMI. Worst of all though I feel so lethargic and tired. Wine and Dominos last night have not helped!

So, the kids go back to school in 3 weeks. My really long hours are over at work and the next 3 weeks should be on a bit more of an even keel. I'm aiming to lose 7lbs to start with. I'll do this my mfp and exercise.

Anyone want to join me?

Today's plan:

5k run
B: All bran, Greek yoghurt and berries
L: Lamb kebabs and roasted veg cous cous
T: salad

My main plan is to look for distraction from crazy amounts of Friday evening snacking Blush

I’ve managed a run or walk every evening after work but it’s so difficult finding the time

Morning all.

Gave up on the not weighing myself until the end malarkey.

61.8 this am , so 0.4 lost yesterday (that's almost 2 blocks of butter, blocks of butter being my new comparison currency Grin). woooooo!

How are you lot ? Managing to fend off chips, cheese and chocolate?

Have done 2 walks today -8 miles in all.

Fat be gone !

Where is everyone?

Well done on the walking!
I’m struggling with the wanting to pig out when I get home from work and not having time to exercise!

Hellooooo! I'm still going! Slowly but surely....knocking around the 1 stone lost at the moment....very slow after another naughty weekend with friends. I'm kind of hoping more restrictive lockdown will help?!?! I'm definitely a social eater/drinker!!
Two step forwards, one step back...just need to keep on keeping on
