I'm going to try and ditch quite a few pounds and make myself more lovely again. I need a complete overhaul. Starting tomorrow obviously!

@Youngatheart00 BrewCake I feel you. I've been know to have it so bad it's made me throw up. I'm due any day now and can imagine myself inhaling everything in sight like last month.

I've just got back from a long dog walk. It is so hot outside and I am now a sweaty mess. I'm not very princess like.

It's bloody hot and I don't do hot at all. Thank god I'm not down south. I was born in the summer of 76 and I think it's scarred me for life. I hate being hot and sweaty. Much prefer around 20 degrees with a breeze. Or snow Grin

I'm loving my Fitbit! It analysed my sleep last night which was interesting. I don't get much deep sleep at all and tend to wake in the morning from my deepest sleep which will be why I feel like I could sleep a few more hours.

Dc and I are going to do a pre-lunch work out each day. My thighs and bum are feeling it from all the squats last night.

Morning @Bercows I am down south and can confirm it is so hot. I'm not complaining though, I don't mind the heat.

The sleep checker thingy on the Fitbit is interesting isn't it. Last night I was 25 times restless, 3 times awake and had 7 hours sleep.

@TitsalinaBumSquash talking of fake tan fails, yesterday my 19 year old son decided to draw a massive penis and balls and jizz on his stomach with factor 30 sun cream. He spent the day in the sun, and by the evening he had a giant white penis on him where the sun cream filtered the sun. I suggested he try a fake tan to try and cover the penis up so he went to Tesco to get some tan. This morning he now has a giant orange penis on his belly! I doubt he will do that again 🤣

@overweightcat - I did! I meticulously exfoliated my whole body and then applied it everywhere, I made sure I'd not missed any but apparently my arms have different zones of absorbency. GrinConfused

Princessed myself during a 1h work meeting today. I had to talk for approx 15 mins and the rest was fairly irrelevant so sat and painted toenails. Was paranoid about the camera switching itself on but fortunately it didn't! Used some skinny tan yesterday and have come out a lovely golden colour, well worth a try.

6k steps done but had an early lunch so I'll suffer this afternoon. I'm still hungry but that's probably because I did 18k steps yesterday. I'm on 6k today but trying to do extra as I've got a few sedentary days coming up and I'm hoping to average 10k a day over the week.

I've set my steps goal for 5000. It's really inspiring me to move more now that I'm restricted on going out. When I was walking miles a day on the school run it seemed pointless as I was always well over 10,000 steps monday to Friday anyway. When things are more normal my target will be more like 18,000.

My hay fever is awful today. I wonder how many calories the 30 sneezes used 😁

Sooo managed to fall off princessing and slimming 😬 now slathered in all the creams and masks and suncream while sunbathing in garden. Tan is slimming right? 😂

Yesterday I had salmon, new potatoes, asparagus, salad and mayonnaise for dinner, and a plum for pudding. Today so far I’ve had two leftover homemade(!) sausages and another plum. Dinner will be barbecue and salad. I was 3lbs down from Monday this morning but that’s just because I had a pre-diet blowout weekend. Normality starts here!

So I'm still under my cals .... But my diet has consisted of Tunnocks caramel wafers and other such delicacies - and being in pain....I have about 350 left.

I've managed to avoid being stuffed with cakes and sweets from 2 of my clients, 2 more to go now - the next ones are the kicker. I must remain strong. I was going to pop into co op for a cold drink but the queue was out the door! Lovely to be back at work though. These next 2 are complete gems I have missed them.

PMS symptoms have eased throughout the day with the help of solphadiene max and a gin 😬 on the plus side I’m not really feeling hungry this evening so may skip dinner (I didn’t have a particularly healthy lunch - too much bread - tho it was wholemeal) and have an early night. It’s a glorious evening so may make it out for an evening walk too.

I’ve finally started princessing! Managed 12000 steps today, quite early when it wasn’t so hot. Then tried my new bike, when it was quite hot 🥵. Have painted my toenails a nice orange and put Nail Glow on fingernails. I’m actually using my Clarisonic, applying serum daily and gradual tanning after my shower. It feels good to look after myself. I think I’ve been feeling such a frump I just thought “why bother?” but I’m on it now. Currently flopped on the bed looking Rubenesque (and not like a manatee Grin)

I've nailed it today too. 11k steps and an hour on the bike. 200 cals left so I'm going to have a treat of some sort. I've racked up 850 exercise calories as well. I won't feel so bad now if the next few days are sluggish.

Yes you will lose on 1200. I'd advise on eating all of that and building bonus calorie deficit with exercise. The only time I go short is so I can blow the calories I've saved up for a takeaway.

I'm glad I've made up for being over my limit yesterday. I've been tempted to have some lentil chips tonight but I've not eaten after dinner for 10 days now and I'm really proud of myself as it's my biggest downfall.

Glad everyone is doing ok and just about surviving the heat!

I’ve had a few good days, apart from chocolate pudding last night Blush. No excuse except life’s too short! Managed another 5km run/walk on Tuesday which I’m pleased with (I used to run but have had a lot of injuries which has made it impossible the past few years). I’ve also been mindful about eating good foods for my hair and skin, not just low calorie foods.

Hope everyone has a good few days as we head to the weekend Smile.
