I got rid of another 2lbs... I'm feeling lots better in myself so totally motivated for the next 2/3 weeks (I really want to have got a stone off by then as a mini goal plus with 2 birthdays that week they'll be lots of cake in this house I bet! 🤣🙈 )

I hope everyone has a lovely weekend and gets some fresh air... I'm loving my morning mental resets at the moment with a quick blast on the bike before breakfast every other day!

Another day, another omelette. Broccoli and mushroom today. Week 6, run 2 of c25k done too. Friday has started well. I’ve not snacked for 3 or 4 days now - absolute miracle. I don’t know why but I feel like somethings clicked in the last few days. Obviously it could all go tits up, so I’m hesitant to crow too loudly...

Boiled eggs for breakfast here.

Will have soup for lunch and chicken goujon wraps for dinner.

Fitness blender workout at some point and a walk with the kids.

I’ve also not had bread for 3 days and I’m feeling tonnes better. No bloating, fewer gastro issues. I know bread isn’t my friend but I still eat it. Ridiculous, I’m not even a massive bread fan. I like it but I can take it or leave it, in reality. I just eat it because it’s quick, easy and convenient.

Managed to stay under my calories yesterday by 146, although I was 150 over today, they balance themselves out right?Hmm Grin we had pizza and garlic bread for dinner, it was worth going over my limit lol.
Have managed a walk for the last 3 days although they where slow and stop, start as dc has just learnt to ride their bike.

Disaster. Received a wine and cheese hamper, yesterday. You can guess the rest.
Today need to get back on it. I’m starting week 8 of C25k and must ignore hangover cravings. Whether I can run for 28 minutes the morning after several red wines is to be seen.

Holding on by a thread here 🤣 Have kept to my calories (just) but now have the drug stash in In The House ... M&S tomato chutney, crackers and grated cheddar...plus a white chocolate mountain bar and a pack of 3 walnut whips 🤪 I had one whip last night, the rest is calling me...
My BMI is now 25.1 😩 so I need to hold on in there and be restrained for my health! In reality, another stone to go...

Happy pseudo-Eurovision everyone! I am a HUGE fan and will be indulging in everything Eurovision that the BBC has to offer today!

Oh Queen I'm so jealous of your cheese stash! I'm on a rest day today so no exercise till tomorrow. I will be spending the rest of the day being thoroughly lazy. In my defence, I have cleaned up this morning 😂

I don’t usually eat back exercise calories though.

@MrsSnitchnose you can have it! I’ve decided no more, I’ll have to encourage manfriend to eat it all.
Cleaning def counts as a workout. I also once got exercise minutes from my watch from kneading dough but none from a half hour walk.

Hi guys, having an ok day here. Sticking to my eating plan ok, no booze yet this weekend! Might have some tonight, supposed to be having a date night with my DH. Got to go and gloss some skirting boards, keep putting it off.

See I wouldn't touch any of that if it were out in front of me, though I have just eaten half a share bag of wine gums. Sugar is my nemesis - I'm guessing your more partial to savoury food?
Never mind, I've added up all the calories and whilst I'm nearer 2000 today hopefully one day won't make me gain!

I’m really weary today, zero energy. Took the dog out pre 8am for an hour but I’m now totally wiped out. I’m supposed to be running today but I just don’t think I’ve got it in me.

jonhamm I'd count the dog walk as exercise if I were you. Or maybe rest up and see how you feel this evening?

I'm still in bed 🤣 and feel so sluggish, but will drag myself out of my pit and do a workout soon... I've been googling engagement rings 🥰 so have had quite a productive morning!

Food-wise, while my meals have been healthy, I'm aware my portion sizes are creeping up. Most of my meals are carb-based, so will keep an eye on that too.

Hello, can I join please?
I’m 13 stone 3 at the moment. Need to lose 3 stone. Currently obese on nhs bmi reg. 😭
I’m running every other day, between 8-10k usually.
Dog walking every day.
Didn’t get on with MFP. Liking Nutracheck.
Need some moral support!

Grundys I just came on here to post saying mmmmmm had some toast and butter having not had it for so long and it was bloody lovely. Now just to stop myself going back through and sticking another couple of slices in the toaster!
