I’m hoping for a decent loss this week. I’ve been consistently under or on track with calories and exercise and only had alcohol on one day. Even the pate/cheese/bottle of wine day only pushed me 54 cals over because I didn’t eat an evening meal (I was bloody hungry by bedtime though!). We’ll see. Knowing my luck, I’ll probably be the same as you, @diege and have gained after all my efforts.
I can’t have an omlette this morning as we’re out of eggs. I bought 20 on Thursday and they’ve all gone already
. I need to pick some more up today, I’ve managed to not do top up shops at all during lockdown (just weekly ‘big shops’), so I’m a bit disappointed really but hey ho. Needs must.
