2 pounds off here! Very pleased and now a healthy BMI (24.8). Fully expect to maintain next week as I really am a pound a week gal, but I'll take the extra off fir now!

According to the scales this morning I am 1/4 of a lb up on last week.
However I finally feel slimmer (I started just before I 'met' you lot and am 10lbs down) so I'm not too worried. Great work everyone Star

@JonHammIsMyJammJon I’m half a stone behind you and can’t wait till I’m under the 10 stone mark.

I totally agree that if you lose it more slowly it’s more likely to stay off. If it’s taken you months to get it off you’re more likely to not just fall back into old habits and let it pile back on! I’m getting used to life on 1300 calories but looking forward to when I’m maintaining and can eat 1800 Grin

I’ve only lost 2lbs overall. Utterly pathetic really, compared to all your losses. I’m pushing on, trying to keep on the right track but I’ll be honest, it’s not easy. I’m losing REALLY slowly. I’ve been used to losing very easily and very quickly up until now.

I am rebuilding a running habit though and that’s having a much bigger impact on my body shape and attitude to food than just ‘dieting’. It took me 18mo to put this extra stone on, so it’ll be a slow burn to lose it.

Are you not losing weight even when you’re sticking to the correct number of calories? If so might be worth getting your thyroid checked.

I think I'm now on week 3 of stay the same. However, I'm totally aware that I'm spending at least half the week being super healthy and then I fuck it up for a couple of days. Considering the amount of chocolate I'm rammed in my face this week, not gaining is a victory. Dieting does work, as long as you do it consistently Wink

I’m probably not religiously sticking to the 1350 cals a day. I’m more like 1500, to be honest @lovinglavidaloca. My thyroid is fine, I’m sure. I’m just over 40 and hanging on to weight a bit longer.

Yay, I got my -2lbs Grin

On the downside, I've decided to go with the Wii Fit weight rather than my dodgy scales, so have gone through the spreadsheet adding 5lbs to each of my weights. That means I'm still over 13st whereas my scales were telling me I was under. Oh well, if i can carry on at this 1lb per week rate, I'll be there in 3 weeks.

Well done @OwlinaTree, you nailed that last 1/2 lb!

I'm still here! Just struggling with work and childcare. I've been a bit lazy with my food tracking and activity levels over the last few weeks and it's totm as well so I'm up a few pounds. At least it's going in the right direction overall and I'm feeling better in myself.

Thanks lime. Jonn I've only lost 3lb since we started, I'm also trying to build up my running. It might be my imagination but I do feel like I am a little leaner, I feel like the running is making more of a difference than the weight loss iyswim?

I can’t stop eating Bourbon biscuits today. Bloody lethal wee things - 68 calories each and I’ve had 4 so there’s my Malteaser ice lolly out the window later.

I've been so busy last couple of weeks... spent 10 days eating utter rubbish (cake cake cake!) Due to birthdays etc. Felt rubbish and after 1 day 'back on it' felt soooooo much better so this week's been easy to keep on with it. Yey! After 1lb gain last week I'm 2lbs off this week so I'm happy the damage was temporary wasn't worse!

And... I've finally been swimming again... massively missed the water!! Off again tonight although I expect it'll be somewhat cooler tonight!🌧🌧🌧

1lb on, i've had a really rubbish week, i've been feeling quite down no idea why as nothing has happened but I stupidly turned to food for comfort. I expected more than a 1lb gain. Feeling a lot happier today so trying to get back on track.

Glad you feel better today Minnie. I've been finding it harder as the weather has turned, I felt quite low over the weekend in particular. It's hard to keep positive with all this going on and pissing rain too.

Was pleased with the news that pubs can reopen from the 22 though!

I've put 1lb on. I have no excuses, I've ate biscuits, pizza and anything else that catches my eye!
I'm a bit ashamed to post on here and add to the spreadsheet when everyone else is doing so well. This is the kick up the bum I need though to motivate me through next week!

I ordered a skirt to wear to a wedding later in the year, the model looked great (obviously) whereas I looked like a barrel. Now living in hope I lose some weight and it looks better on as I don't want to send it back!
