Good run Grundy! I agree with the others ashes that will come back off.

We are heading out for a walk and a picnic here today, it's glorious weather wise again. Want to have a run later this evening I think.

Had breakfast, fruit and yoghurt with a bit of cereal. Going to make a frittata to take on the picnic. Spag bol for tea I think. Happy days.

Well Im going fur it on the birthday pig out 🤣 On the slow build up but currently eating M&S maple syrup and bacon crisps. Vegan hotdogs, cream meringues, Devon scones with clotted cream, and a few bottles of bucks fizz to follow. Oh and cake! 😩🤣 Not holding out for a loss tomorrow!

Good day for me food and exercise wise, been for a long walk and a run. Look and feel really bloated though, don't know if it's the heat. Drinking lots of water. Not holding out much hope for tomorrow registering a loss tbh Sad

Had been 'good' other than yesterday but have put on a pound 😩 which I feel fine about. Spurred on to get back on the wagon today!

I’m just reading though the thread as I missed last week and have been so stupidly busy that I’ve not caught up with it all. So many people are doing so well - I’m particularly impressed with all the exercise going on. I’m not managing to do any and I’m torn between feeling guilty about it and being pleased that I’m managing to loose weight anyway. The last time I lost a pile of weight I exercised loads and it’s been a mental block to starting to loose again that I knew I couldn’t exercise in the same way. I’m proving to myself that it’s possible to loose without the exercise but I know I really should do some anyway!

However I’m really pleased this week, 2.1 lbs off at weigh in today but the best bit is that this makes me 73.9kg which is just (0.1!) inside the ‘healthy’ bmi range for my height. I am officially no longer overweight! Whohooo!!

I’ve still got a way to go but this was my first ‘landmark’ and I’m really pleased I’ve made it.

Well I've weighed... 100g on which is nothing really but does put me closer to 9.1 than 9. 0.5. so half alb on this week.

This last lb is so hard to get rid of!!

You’re all doing really well! Even the gains are very small, not out of control at all.
This is my first official weigh-in and it’s not pretty. I need to lose a stone to get out of obese bmi and into overweight, and then a long way after that to get to healthy bmi. I need to take this seriously and not brush it off like I usually do. So my bmi is 32.24 today, I need to make sure it’s down a bit by next week and I never want to see those numbers on the scales again!! I confess I had wine last night as a last hurrah and that was a bad idea as I’m a bit headachey this morning. But no matter, I’m starting seriously today. Plan is 1400 calories per day.

I've been pretty low this week... even with the sun out which normally makes everything seem better! 🤷‍♀️ I have however lost a stone!! A whole stone!!!! I'm so chuffed... best crack in to getting rid of the next one!! I can't believe I've stuck with this so long. Thanks everyone... wouldn't have done it without having to check in!!!!

Good luck @inch. I've just done the same and feel a lot better for doing so so check in here if you want moral support!

@Inchbyinch I’m at the start too and was so upset by my starting weight.
In fact, I felt almost too upset to start trying to lose it!
But reading threads like this I realised that firstly, yes I could and secondly, I wasn’t the only one.
We can and we will. 💪

1/2 lb off, i'm surprised as af is here and i've had two rubbish days. My bmi has went down a little but I still have a long way to go.
I might start eating salads again for lunch, a few years ago when I wanted to loose weight I had salad for lunch Mon-Thurs from June till August, allowed myself a little cheese,coleslaw&bread with it, had healthy breakfast and cut down on snacks.
I'm enjoying the walking and look forward to going out everyday.

Ugh, a pound back on, so have only lost a pound overall! Ugh, this is heavy, slow going, suppose I should be pleased that at least I won’t be leaving lockdown loads bigger. I am doing quite a lot of exercise, have had a little run ydy and Tuesday and hoping for one today or tomorrow. At the weekend I will push through to 5k which will be my standard run I think, but it doesn’t seem to be helping loads with the weight loss yet.

I've gained 0.5lbs. I can't be too upset as I have not eaten well at all this week. I have completed week 1 of C25K though so I'm pleased with myself for that! Worst thing about this 0.5 of a lb is it takes me back into the 12's Sad

I've maintained this week which I'm happy about! I've increased my calories by 200 a day and was expecting to have a gain.
