I did the run, btw. It was nowhere near as horrific as I expected. I actually enjoyed it!

Been a walk with the kids this morning. I’m wondering if I should stick to walking this week to try and give my knee a break but if I get out of the habit of doing these workouts I might not start again!

Boiled eggs for breakfast and a small bag of popcorn after the walk. Got lentil soup on the go for lunch and can’t remember what’s for tea Confused

I've had a thin bagel with jam for breakfast, then soup and half a baguette for lunch. I'm starving! 🤣 Onto my third glass of water now, so feeling pleased!

Glad the run went well Jon. I like the structure of SW, stops me eating too much crap. I don't think I could calorie count, I'd get too obsessed! I was bad enough counting points on ww 😂

Any run today was a massive win... was so hot here. I went out with teen DS and our faces went an odd purplish red colour at one point. The selfies on our social running club fb page were very sweaty today!

Good food day here, scrambled eggs for breakfast and a satsuma, chicken and lentil soup for lunch, apple and satsuma. Apple and pear with a bit of cereal and yoghurt for a snack, stir fry for tea, bit of chocolate later on. Nice. Trying to drink lots of water as a bit headachy this morning.

Great day for me yesterday. Burned 678 calories from walking and a really short strength workout yesterday Shock

Boiled eggs for breakfast.

School time here but we will go a walk later and I’ll go a run tonight.

Hoping for a good day here too! Have had a delivery of organic veg this morning, so tea will be sweet potato fries (SW style), fried egg (SW!), spinach and cherry tomatoes. Have a white choc mountain bar in the fridge and will try and be restrained and eat just two chunks 😂Hoping for a pound off tomorrow - not there yet a according to the scales, despite 600 cal deficit each day since last week! 😩

I've got to stop getting the scales out too often, I was really happy after last weeks weigh in, for some reason weighed again on Saturday and was back up 1lb. I don't think I really was, as I hadn't gone off the rails in anyway. So then on Sat/Sun and Mon I did go off the rails (obviously that's going to help matters!!) Only managed to rein it in yesterday. Dread to think what will happen tomorrow- or do I leave it a week and not upset myself!

Good luck diege! Good start to the day here, scrambled eggs for breakfast and a bit of fruit, just had pea and ham soup. Two coffees, two pints of water so far. Going to have some more fruit in a minute while I watch doctors! Not feeling very motivated today.

Ugh, I don't like this heat at all! Had to go shopping this morning, then came home and gave myself a little pamper session. Have been letting things slide a little bit during lockdown and it's so nice to feel a bit better.

Hoping I've lost something tomorrow, my exercise seems to be making my body cling to so much water. I'm sure it will settle down soon, but it's very annoying when I can ususally drop much faster when I don't do any formal exercise and just walk

The pampering bit makes me feel better and happier to exercise. Even just having a little colour on my arms and I feel better!

@OneOfTheGrundys I don't do tanning, I actually am pale enough to pass for a vampire! I do feel happier that I look better though. haven't actually so much as shaved my legs for weeks Blush

I was just thinking I need to get pampering too. It’s a scorcher today and I’m sat in jeans because my legs are pale and stubbly Grin

Had a plain bagel (very exciting) for lunch and since have had two satsumas and a Kit Kat.

Already got a twix and some M&S reduced fat cheese tasters plumbed into my app for later!

Run done! 8 minutes feels so much longer than 5!

Just had cottage pie for tea and was looking forward to a twix and some crisps later but I’m quite full so will see if I feel I need them later.

I never thought I’d see the day when I wore running shorts but needs must when the devil drives. Just purchased some as I’m boiling myself every time I exercise at the moment.

Nutracheck says I’m 454 cals under. Can’t be right?? I’ve put in everything today so I guess there’s a bit of leeway in terms of weights of foods.

@OneOfTheGrundys That's exactly how I always refer to myself Wink The truth is, I just really can't stand Summer. I hate it all, from the sunburn and sweating, to the bugs and hayfever!

I too bought myself some workout gear today. The first time ever that I've actually ordered specific sportswear rather than just what I had lying around the house.

My paid app subscription, plus the fact I've spent real money for clothes should keep my motivation up when I go back to work and don't feel like hitting the mat!

I’m bad in the heat too. I react v badly to bites and swell up horribly.
My arms take on colour but the rest of me is milky white. Meh, I’ll only wear the horrid shorts for running and tbh I feel so exhausted when I’m doing that I dgaf how I look 😂
Off out tomo in my cut off old leggings with the hole in the crotch. Here’s hoping I don’t see anyone I know...

@lovinglavidaloca I was in my jeans as well, my summer clothes don't fitSad and i'm refusing to buy any more lol.
Not a bad day today, although I was 78 calories over, going by mfp I would still loose a little weight. Went for a walk today with dd, we where out for 1hour 30mins, and when I checked google health we had walked 4 mile Shock. Only thing is my leg has swollen abit under my knee, dh thinks it might be fluid.
Not sure what way tomorrow will go, af is due this week and im feeling all bloated.

A pound off for me, which has always been my loss over the years. Slow and steady! I'm pleased as the scales irrationally showed a gain on Monday 😩 but thankfully back to where they should be Tuesday, then a loss today. I know I shouldn't weigh daily, but I'm addicted!
