Anyone up for WhatsApp support group?

Hi folks,

I was wondering whether anyone would be up for joining a WhatsApp group to help with motivation for weight loss and fitness? I'm thinking a group of between 5 and 10 people and using it to motivate each other and be friends.

I know that you can sort of do that on here and on MFP but those are all in a public forum and not so easy to use.

What do you think?

I'd like to join in too. After looming redundancy I put all weight I lost at the beginning of 2017. I need to loose at least 1.3 stone I put on and preferably more.

What a great thing you are all doing!! Sounds like you already have a group but I'm looking to specifically join a Slimming World based group.
