Anyone up for WhatsApp support group?

Hi folks,

I was wondering whether anyone would be up for joining a WhatsApp group to help with motivation for weight loss and fitness? I'm thinking a group of between 5 and 10 people and using it to motivate each other and be friends.

I know that you can sort of do that on here and on MFP but those are all in a public forum and not so easy to use.

What do you think?

I'd like to join too. I was finding it impossible to lose weight and then discovered I was intolerant to over 25 things. I stopped eating them and lost 1.5 stones. I'd like to lose at least another stone but have stalled.
