Anyone up for WhatsApp support group?

Hi folks,

I was wondering whether anyone would be up for joining a WhatsApp group to help with motivation for weight loss and fitness? I'm thinking a group of between 5 and 10 people and using it to motivate each other and be friends.

I know that you can sort of do that on here and on MFP but those are all in a public forum and not so easy to use.

What do you think?

Lost 8st this year but imagine have put a stone of that back on since December. Need to get back in it but have been too scared to weigh myself. Still had another couple of stone to lose.

Is there still space in a group? I'd like to join as I weighed myself this morning & need to lose about 1.5st but only on the basis that no one tells me to measure out milk for my coffee or lists how many sins are in everything I eat... looking at you sister in law who has actually gained weight on slimming world Hmm

I’d love to be included! Starting lighterlife total tomorrow ...want to lose 3 to 4 stone. I did it 10 yrs ago and lost 8.5 and kept it off but had a difficult year last year and put a few stone back on ... looking forward to getting into it!! Xx

I lost 2 stone last year with still around another stone to go. unfortunately due to illness i fell off the wagon about 6 wks ago and i dread to think how much i've put back on. I haven't weighed recently but I can see in the mirror that I've put in.

Time to focus and get back on it
