Does anyone have 1 stone to lose? Would you like to help motivate one another? I'm not in to obsessiveness but for my health, I feel I should lose the belly.
I'm thinking of doing this the old-fashioned way by trying three things:
- Cutting down on drinking alcohol at home. Drinking a glass or two of wine at home has become part of my daily life.
- Three meals a day only. I snack so much and don't even realise how much I'm eating.
- Exercising daily. I'd love to think I exercise daily but in reality, I don't.
Are you in? This could work if we help to motivate one another. I know 1 stone doesn't seem like much to lose but I've been getting good at putting it on rather than burning it off!
