Let's lose half a stone before Christmas

I want to lose half a stone before Christmas. I always find it very difficult. Will you come and support me/ join me?

I am stuck at 6lb down. A bit sad I didn't make the half a stone but I'm not far off. I'm staying on track and being careful this Christmas. How did you all do?

I finally made it. It has taken me longer to lose half a stone than I thought. I feel so much better.
I used my fitness pall in the end. It had really helped. I am now going to lose 4 more lbs. I guess it will take me a while.
