8st 12lbs today which I think is my lowest in well over a year (unless I was previously lower than that last month but I can?t remember. I don?t think I was)
Yesterday:
B ? pink grapefruit
L ? Chinese chicken wrap
D ? mushroom & small amount of cheese omelette with salad
S ? low fat crisps, breakfast bar, 3 cold new potatoes, 1 glass of white wine, milk lolly.
I did buy a cheese salad roll but that?s still in the fridge. So not too bad yesterday, but I still need to work on the snacking.
Today:
B ? None. I have a croissant with me but I?m going to try not to eat it
L ? salad with feta cheese
D - ?
S ? melon, silverskin onions, low fat crisps, breakfast bar. I shall try to just stick to the melon & silverskin onions.
I?m also missing lego, twinkle and iheart. Come baaaaack!

on your behalf over the disgusting way these ?friends? treat you. They?re planning on staying 10 days?! Not on. Really, really unfair on you. I think on this occasion you actually should email them and say ?So sorry to do this to you at such late notice, but it really isn?t convenient for you to stay that length of time, or over those dates. If you?re in the area and you want to meet for lunch/dinner on XX date then that would be wonderful, otherwise we?ll catch up soon.?
Honestly, you need to put your foot down. Your cousin is staying this weekend, your DH is away next week ? it?s just not fair to put all this on you, it really isn?t. xxx
