Puggy you've just saved me from myself!! Had a bit of a full on weekend in terms of food and drink so was feeling crap and then logged on to see you remind me that I went under 11st last week
i luff you!!
So, saturday had an indian, chicken tikka shashlik so no sauce, two spoons of rice and a mouthful of nan bread; ok not too bad? Now add three large glasses of white and a large G&T. Did a hangover bacon sandwich on sunday followed by a three course carvery. Also a pint of full on full fat coke (hangover related too!).
Went back onto MFP today and have snacked far too much but still tracked it - about 110cals over my limit and weigh day tomorrow. Also not drunk my usual 2 litres of water/squash today. Think I will be lucky to stay the same and not gain but now feeling more motivated.......onward and upward
