Wonder if this one will last until my 50th birthday? (beginning of April)

Blondes - I had 2.5! Naughty naughty! But in my defence I hardly sat down all day yesterday, and been v busy today too!
Sure you will lose that 1lb! :)

Today I've had:
A Banana & grapefruit juice for brekkie
A small piece of hm fruity flapjack (v low added sugar & made with oil instead of butter)
Leftover cold roast chicken & salad

Shall be having some celery soup & piece of soda bread for dinner. :)

i really want to lose another lb - its a few weeks till easter and want to get back to 11 stone and then see what happens with my trousers

Have been ever so angelic today in preparation for a pancake feast later! SO excited! Shall of course not be using butter to cook the pancakes and will be sticking to fruit/low fat fillings...and trying to avoid adding sugar! Can't wait!

If it wasn't so flaming cold I'd be tempted to go out & about with DD today. But the sunshine is not as warm as it looks! Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

well slinkies I've done extremely well on the bread front today, for lunch an open blt, low fat mayo and quorn bacon, low fat yogurt and some grapes

I've got no eggs = no pancakes unless the dc really really want them, pancakes are not one of my weaknesses.

No more breadsticks.

She went to fat camp and lost 15stone to get to 15ish stone and looked brill

A year later she has put on 25 stone :( and now weighs 40+ stone at 17yrs

DH calls this stuff car crash tv. But he's in Washington so I don't have to worry about him bleating on. I will enjoy it! I wonder how many weeks left. Do you know B? You tend to be the Oracle on these matters!

Apparently when she got home her mum was cooking fish and chips and ordering takeaways

It's a sad fact of life that some people just don't have the brains to reliese that if you eat that type of food you will gain wright and fast :(

She did so well but to put on that amount of weight in a year is awful

She needs a gastric band so actually isn't Hungary or even jaws worries up

Or she will be dead soon :(

It is child abuse. Her mum really must be dense. To put on that much is going some.

Had toooooooooo many pancakes last night, but they were SO good! Maybe I will give up food for lent?!

I'm a friends for lunch and having tuna and sweetcorn jacket and salad and then an alpen bar for a snack :)

Babysitting tonight so will eat what the kids do - possibly spag Bol and got some pickled onion monster munch so I shouldn't eat their sweetie tin

I am absolutely LIVID with SIL. We went to her sons 2nd Birthday bash on Sat. She had told me 2 weeks ago that he had had conjunctivitis & been treated. So imagine our surprise when we turn up & he is still gunky! Can't exactly turn round & leave after driving over an hour to get there. Of course DD has now got it (and I think I may be getting it too), I am SO angry with her for being so irresponsible not to tell us that he still had it. DDs eyes are permanently streaming green gunk this afternoon :( Off to the doctors again for the poor little mite in the morning. If I was brave enough I'd rant aboout it in AIBU!!

On top off this, having a real battle getting DD to poo in the toilet! Really starting to drive me up the wall!

Trying my hardest not to resort to wine & chocolate! :o

lunch was good, but been a bit bad with mb home made bread, smoothered in lurpack light and marmite, so no spag bol for me tonight :(

Mmmmmm bread! I can't tell you off coz I've just eaten 2 hm cheese twists & a bowl of fruit compote (with cream)!

DH thinks I'm being OTT about being cross at SIL, but poor DD is really suffering. Just feel it was really wrong of her not to tell us! I know she wanted to mark her DSs Birthday but she could have postponed, he's 2 FFS he doesn't know!
