Bebe have a fab time at the birthday buffet - not all buffet items are bad, just counteract anything bad with a bit of celery Grin

Blondes, think if I'm out tonight I'm driving too for same reason.

Had a good day so far - just cooked chicken wrapped in WW bacon with mustard, had lunch's with courgette, celery, pepper, tomato and onion and have done some homemade low fat coleslaw for tonights. Currently snacking on raisins - damn period has given me the munches.

Went to sainsbury's today. Got myself a salad from their salad bar. mmmmmm.

Far too delicious to be healthy I think Blush

But at least I resisted the Mcdonalds that Himself took the boys for.

Blondes, have no idea about the raisins. I'm not doing WW or SW itself, so its hard to know how bad they are. My idea was a handful of raisins was better than a bag of walkers or bar of chocolate though Grin

Hecate, you giving up smoking too? I did it October 16th last year - and love not smoking now. Took me 14 years of smoking to finally want to quit.

McDs. I took the boys last week. Was good enough to have a chicken salad deli burger. But not good enough for a salad!

Yes. I stopped a week before christmas.

I have had 2 days since then when I have smoked.

A couple of weeks ago I had 4 while I was helping my mother at my late grandad's house

and yesterday I had 6 while I was taking my mother out for her birthday.

spot the connection? Wink

apart from that, not had any, not bothered.

apart from consuming a thousand calories a day in polos Shock

Just healthy eating Blondes. based mostly on slimming world. Saw a dietician at the hosptial and have a set amount of carbs/calories to eat due to PCOS. Just trying to completely change my lifestyle and idea of food - including recipes to cook for the children so we are all healthier. It seems to be working so far!!

im rather proud of myself,went out to london and drove to station, so that i wouldnt drink and use all weekies as such a waste on wine :(, honestly the looks and remarks i got, no one would have thought they have seen me sober before - had several looks at my tummy and winks

anyway i had one glass of wine as a spriztler and the rest of the night on diet coke, had calamari and salmon and mash and ordered a side salad

I am having a roast for lunch, little bit of chicken some potatoes and veg with some oxo cube gravy! Not too bad.

Quorn burgers in pittas and salad for dinner.

Had blueberry pancakes for brekkie, my excuse being that I needed to use up the last of the buttermilk.
Just bought some celery to make a big batch of soup this week. Yum! :)

Bugger it. Was doing well. Had sandwich for lunch then up to mil

Only to find they were ordering Chinese at 5pm 'sighs' and everyone was sharing dishes

I told then I wasn't sharing and ordered bloody lemon chicken again and chxiken fried rice (which I do love but that's twice in 3 days)

Think I'm just over my 29 but still got 23weekies

So now it's 8pm and I'm starving - 5pm is too early for me to eat

Had options hot choc 1pp and 100g chicken 3pp - hoping the protein will fill me up

And to top it off the Chinese near mil, doesn't have nice noodles so to top it off I wasted PP on food I didn't enjoy :(

I did really well on meals yesterday but had to 'test' the cupcakes I made for MILs birthday! Blush Wish I could say it was only the one...but it wasn't! Blush Blush

Going to make some celery soup, shall try & stick to soups for evening meals this week!

Well....I have just been running (or in my case a slow jog!) 20 minutes, hope that will help to pull me back in the right direction if I go most days till weigh in on Friday.
