Mounjaro and constipation.

Has anyone found a solution to the constipation issue? It's getting worse each month, so much so that I actually look pregnant today!

I am drinking so much water that I genuinely can't increase that, I do at least 10,000 steps a day and do a lot of manual work. My diet is really good as I grow all my own veg and have good amounts of protein.

Any sure free sweets work, but do NOT eat too many, four usually does the trick here.

Over a week on the gummies and peppermint and it's working! I've gone to the loo every single day so far and no bloating at all.
