Healand Clinic reviews

I’ve read the older threads of people’s experiences of success microdosing via The Healand Clinic and now that it’s 6-12 months after those threads started, was just wondering if anyone can update their experience please?

I’ve just signed up and wondering what to expect? I’ll be starting on 0.5mg MJ for first 2 weeks then up to 1.0mg for second 2 weeks.

I’m a bit nervous about injecting myself. Also wondering if they will make any difference at all?

I only have 1 stone that I want to lose. I already eat healthily, never snack, and work out several times a week. But perimenopause and hypothyroidism is making that 1st impossible to shift.

I also don’t want to stay on it forever, so if you did manage to lose a small amount of weight via microdosing, did you manage to keep it off after stopping the injections?

TIA

hey wow! I’ve just done mine - literally just sat down after doing it. It took longer to prep my needle and read the instructions. It’s completely psychological - no pain at all. My bf just laughed at me and I did it. So easy!

@Wowisthisit if you can do Botox, you can do this. It’s much less painful than Botox.
