Hey - just took first dose. Would love a buddy.
5ft 4 and starting weight 90kg

Good morning all. Ive had to skip a week due to where pay day falls but I am going to go up a dose and will take that on Saturday. I have been ok apart from two separate days when I was really sick but its shown me what I can or can't eat. Definitely having smaller portions more naturally now and not craving fast food at all. Hope you're all ok xx

How did you find it skipping a week? Did your cravings etc come back?
I'm definitely finding I'm having less cravings. I had some beige party food on Saturday and was up in the night with stomach ache!

I'm going up to 0.5 this week - I think it's time but feel slightly nervous. For the first time after my jab last week I felt a bit nauseous in the evening. I've had slight suppression over the last few weeks but for me the effect has mostly been that I get full quicker. I've lost 11lb in just over 3 weeks ( was very bloated and retaining water the day I started so realistically it's more like 9)

Im going up too 0 5 as well on Friday feel a bit worried. After been a nauseous on and off.feel like im going off coffee abit does any one have anything their gone off.

I've just ordered the next dose. Ive been ok this week but weight is all over the place. Will jab on Saturday and let you know how I get on. What I am noticing is the higher you go, the better you have to eat to avoid the side effects. Not sure I can afford or justify going any higher so fingers crossed xx

How did you feel on 0 5mg did you feel hungry. Is their anything you feel like you can eat.

I’ve lost nothing this week (but that seems to be the pattern so far - no weight loss followed by good weight loss the week after). Anyway, I’ve ordered 1.0mg as I really want some more consistent weight loss!

So I weighed today after a week off. 1kg on which is worrying me. Will start 1.0 tonight but I am feeling anxious about the jump from 0.5 if I am honest. How are you all? Xx

I was fine on 0.5mg except for some burping! I didn’t have a huge appetite but still looked forward to food.

I’m nervous about going to 1.0mg too (I start on Tuesday). I have to say I’m frustrated at the slow weight loss. Someone I know on mounjaro has lost so much more weight. :(

I went up to 1mg on Sat and so far I've been fine. Nowhere near as bad as the jump to 0.5mg. Definitely had less appetite. Had to force myself to eat last night because we were at a family meal. Could have happily have gone to bed without eating.

I'm happier with the slower weightloss than mounjaro. I don't want it to be obvious that I'm on the jabs so this suits me

Hi @jumpingbump All good here thanks - I moved up to 0.5 without too much trouble and am 1 stone down in 5 weeks. I've just reordered 0.5 rather than go up again as my next pen will start on the 25th Dec and I don't want to be worrying about new side effects over Christmas. How are you getting on?

How is everyone getting on? I'm still feeling a bit ropey and tired but been unwell with a couple of bugs since I started the jabs so some of the tiredness could be from those. Overall I'm happy with the weightloss though and feeling better about the way I look for the first time in years!

Hey @MrsCillian Sorry you've been poorly. I am ok. Disappointed with the speed of weight loss. Missing a week made me put in 1kg so thats worrying

Thats a shame you're not happy with your loss. How much have you lost now?
I'm at 1st 7lbs loss as of today. I'm pleased with that, I was hoping for 7lbs a month and I'm just ahead of that.

What is everyone planning to do over christmas - still jab or miss a week?
