Ordered Monjaro - did you follow a diet as such?

I am interested in this. When you started your weight loss injections did you follow a prescribed plan for weight loss or did you just find your appetite reduced to the point where it happened naturally?

Like @reluctantbrit I use Nutracheck to track calories, protein and fibre. I try not to eat my exercise calories but will take it as a bit of leeway if I need to guesstimate a meal out etc.

ETA though if the meal is in a chain restaurant, Nutracheck has a lot of those in the app!
