I’d like to start mounjaro . I’m only slightly obese with a BMI of 31 . Where can I purchase from that accepts photos and not a video call ?
thanks

No where legitimate, no where you’d want to be associated with if you had any sense.

Iamthemoom · 06/06/2025 17:50

Numan unless they’ve changed. I think they ask for photos now but not a video. I’ve been with them for 9 months and they’ve been amazing. You can get a great discount as a new customer too if you check my post, or the other Numan customers in the discount thread.

Why don't you want to do a video call? Are you actually under 30 BMI and trying to get away with it?

Honestly, I don't get it. My BMI is 39 and I keep going back and forth on taking it - I'm terrified of a bad reaction. If my BMI was 30-ish - which it was for much of my adult life - I wouldn't dream of taking it.

Icedcaramelfrappe · 06/06/2025 17:56

MedExpress don't do video calls like the PP said dont pay full price whoever you choose to go with, get a code from a MNer on the promo section.

Good luck, I honestly can't recommend it enough it's been lifechanging for me in so many ways

Purplesproutingbroccoli23 · 06/06/2025 17:56

Med Express just requests a photo and they are legitimate and I’m happy with their service

BlueLimes · 06/06/2025 17:57

@LavenderBlue19 thats your decision but a bmi of 30/31 can be 2+ stone overweight- there are huge health benefits to losing even a couple of stone. If you’ve been struggling for years - it’s perfectly understandable to try something that will help.

Why not? A BMI of 30 is considered obese is it not?

just because it’s not morbid obesity doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be treated.

OP I don’t think a lot of them do do video calls? I used curate, esurgery and ZAVA and none of them did. I do have a video call with my current supplier now I’m on maintenance though.

BlueLimes · 06/06/2025 17:57

Op Voy accept photos and do health coaching too.

26dX · 06/06/2025 17:58

MedExpress, happy with them and my deliveries has been within 48 hours x

ElsieJay · 06/06/2025 17:59

Asda Online Pharmacy just wanted photos -front and side views - and ( I’m fairly sure)a pic of the bathroom scales showing my weight .
This was at the beginning of May so assume that’s still the case .

SilenceInside · 06/06/2025 18:01

Phamarcy2U, Zava, Asda all asked for photos and ID, not video. Lots of legitimate suppliers. It’s perfectly fine to start with a BMI of 31, it’s approved for anyone with a BMI of 30 or more, or 27 for certain ethnicities or if you have a weight related health condition.

I'm the same BMI as you and ordered from med express. Just a photograph was accepted.

threeeggsontoast · 06/06/2025 19:09

I ordered from Chequp and didn’t have to do a video call. I did have to send full length photos.

Plenty of legitimate pharmacies don’t do nadir in video calls. I use ASDA and they are definitely legit.

Fatmumslim01 · 06/06/2025 19:52

Another vote for medexpress and Asda. I've got a discount code if you like

Imcomingovertoyourplace · 06/06/2025 19:56

Yes Numan

Burnserns · 06/06/2025 20:28

I've recently used Swift Doctor and Simple Online Pharmacy neither have needed video calls.

I’ve used Asda and Oushk - both legitimate. Oushk have asked me to schedule a weight check call but prescribed without it. Asda just ask for full length photos and a photo on the scales.

@Weepixie i don’t understand why you’re being so aggressive - I absolutely hate video calls even with my friends - when I decided to start WLI I was so nervous I just couldn’t imagine doing a video call and also have a busy house constantly full of children and a full time job so hard to find time for one. I have lots of sense I just don’t like video calls.

Jigglypuff33 · 06/06/2025 20:40

I got mine off medexpress, took first dose yesterday. My first pic was rejected cos I had dark clothes on but I took a second in light clothes and it was all good. I can give you a code if you want, for some money off.

buillonrouge · 06/06/2025 20:40

Morrisons . Just full length photo and weight on scales . I absolutely hate video calls as well OP.

MsCrawford · 06/06/2025 21:33

Juniper does it with just photos. A local pharmacy sells it near me - where you book and go in to see the pharmacist- so just deal with a human face to face which I think is brilliant.

liquoriceallsortfamily · 06/06/2025 21:36

Medexpress

Letshavetea1 · 07/06/2025 08:05

Oushk have now introduced video calls. Used to be photos. They want to see you in person to see you weigh yourself and check your photo id. I’ve been with them since October and had my video call last night. It was absolutely fine - nothing to worry about. They’ve changed their verification methods due to requirements for more rigorous checks by pharmacies. It’s a good thing in my opinion.

@Letshavetea1 I agree with you on the above.

Also, as someone who’s using Mounjaro I’d say the more checks the better and if someone is actively seeking out the way around a video call they obviously have something to hide.
