Medexpress keeps declining my photos! Help a newbie please!

Desperate to start on the Jabs, tried med express as they were the first on my search. Mounjaro was recommended so that’s fine, have several friends that have lost a lot on MJ!
I’ve sent 5 photos the last 2 days and all keep coming back with not acceptable - I’ve sent wearing light clothing, tight clothing, full body, even changed into my swimming costume and took one! I don’t understand Confused

Can I decline the order at this point and try elsewhere? Have I been charged already even without photo approval?

help please wise MNetters x

Same here. I emailed and asked for a refund and went elsewhere.

ThinkingaboutMJ · 05/06/2025 22:34

I emailed and asked what the actual issue with the photos was, so I could take better ones because I felt they met their criteria, so didn't want to take others but knowing if they would be accepted or not, they approved the original ones and sent my order

SilenceInside · 05/06/2025 22:44

Yes you can cancel and ask for a refund. I would if they keep asking for photos without explaining what the issue is.

Time4changeagain · 06/06/2025 06:25

From Trustpilot reviews they are struggling with stock at the moment so probably just a delaying tactic.

NeedForSpeed · 06/06/2025 06:28

What's your BMI?

Positivitypie · 06/06/2025 07:30

I just emailed the pics to the customer service email and they were accepted very quickly.

Motnight · 06/06/2025 07:31

I think that you need to state your BMI , Op, for proper advice.

wordywitch · 06/06/2025 07:33

I had this problem and ended up taking the photo with the back camera, set up on a tripod, and in just a bra and knickers. It was then finally approved.

Doggymummar · 06/06/2025 07:33

Did you have your face in them, holding a piece of paper with today's date in it? Also your passport or driving licence, do you still look like that. I'm blonde now and dark in my passport which is a challenge

FatsiaJaponicaInTheGarden · 06/06/2025 08:30

What's your bmi? Do you qualify? It's crazy they aren't saying the issue.

Icedcaramelfrappe · 06/06/2025 17:59

I did mine in granny pants and a sports typpe bra, was approved within the hour 😳

Yep, its the unflattering ones that get approved 😅. Granny pants and all the lard on show always works for me🤣

Summergarden · 06/06/2025 21:47

A bra and knickers shot or bikini is most helpful - you want it to show that you genuinely are at the required BMI.

This would be my suspicion as well. Plenty of other providers out there, many are cheaper than Medexpress as well. Monj.co.uk for a list.

NoTouch · 09/06/2025 13:45

I would ask for a refund and go elsewhere. Medexpress are well know for using this as a delaying tactic when struggling to fulfil orders.

Shocking that they repeatedly do this until customers have to resort to the indignity of swim/underwear shots.

Go to a supplier you can trust.

I had this
I sent in 8 photos, all rejected
Got my DP to take an actual full body one and was accepted within 20 minutes
I think when ME say full body, they mean literally head to toe
(Qeue people saying they've never sent a full body, but I'm only saying what worked for me)

FatsiaJaponicaInTheGarden · 10/06/2025 04:20

I'm having a moment - what else would full body mean other than head to toe?

1SillySossij · 10/06/2025 04:28

Post a pic here ypu sent with your head cut off.

MiseryIn · 10/06/2025 10:13

I had to stand on a chair as I don’t have a full length mirror. I literally looked ridiculous trying to fit myself into the mirror.

I think the less “effort” you make the more likely they are to accept. I’m now down to BMI 26 so I’m dreading them asking me for new photos

Koazy · 10/06/2025 10:47

You need your face showing so they can check your ID

FatsiaJaponicaInTheGarden · 10/06/2025 19:35

I've done it with the timer on my phone. I stood the phone up on my bedside table and stood other end of the bed which will do full length. Took a bit of faffing but could help someone.

I was trying to do it each month to keep a record but missed this last one!

OrangePineapple25 · 10/06/2025 19:46

I used chequp - they approved and dispatched within 12 hours. I’d been waiting for Jupiter for 5 days at that point.

totally bemused - what else would a full body mean other than your ENTIRE body. I stood in front of a v large mirror.

Dunno but hope these lot don’t become doctors or funeral directors.

Still waiting for my MedExpress order stuck on awaiting dispatch from 25th May 😂
