Medexpress keeps declining my photos! Help a newbie please!

Desperate to start on the Jabs, tried med express as they were the first on my search. Mounjaro was recommended so that’s fine, have several friends that have lost a lot on MJ!
I’ve sent 5 photos the last 2 days and all keep coming back with not acceptable - I’ve sent wearing light clothing, tight clothing, full body, even changed into my swimming costume and took one! I don’t understand

Can I decline the order at this point and try elsewhere? Have I been charged already even without photo approval?

Hi, I've ordered my first jabs from MedExpress on Sunday and since then the status is awaiting clinical review is that normal to wait that long or should I chase them up?

I’m a newbie and sent off my photo on 6th June with ID and BMI. We finally resolved photo yesterday - I used timer on my phone camera. Full body and face, wearing pale coloured gym vest and shorts with a white background (wardrobes). It was a very real photo but v unflattering 🤣. It was very quickly approved afterwards and I’ve had an email confirming it will be delivered today. I didn’t need to include something with today’s date and my BMI isn’t huge, but I am not very tall and I do have borderline high blood pressure and they didn’t quibble about any of that. I did find chasing them to be helpful, however - their emails weren’t immediately visible through their messaging system on the webpage. Good luck!

The cynical part of me wonders if the delay in approving photos is helping to buy them some time, in order to restock ....this making the delays in despatch look smaller.

You only need to look at the monj supply issues to see med express is the only pharmacy that is not transparent/honest with their practices or customers.

I’ve been taking it for months and now medexpress is asking for a photo and won’t accept what I send. This was going to be my last pen as my BMI is only 27 which I am happy with. I’ve lost nearly 2 stone.
what on earth am I meant to do!

@MiseryIn change pharmacies? There are several that will take you on at that BMI with a history of previous orders.

Medexpress accepted my order today within an hour. BMI 33, truly horrendous photo. I actually wore a t-shirt about 4 sizes too small, hoping it would help.

I’ve tried again. The photo is truly hideous. I’m only wearing pants and a vest so it really isn’t leaving anything to imagination

Just to update. They seem to have stop asking me for more photos but still haven’t approved my order so I’ve run out now.
not much I can do in the short term.

Email them to them. I had to do this as the website didn’t approve. Was immediately approved. Take two photos in a bralette and leggings/tight trousers. One from the front and one from the side. In a mirror is fine, I never showed my face.

Probably because you look too slim in the photo. They don’t like prescribing to people who don’t look overweight at all. Regardless of BMI.

I’ve had no issues getting it from that website. I got it next day delivery about a month ago.

Done exactly the same to me submitted 2 forms of photo ID several photos & just coming back every 5 days to submit again. They take money off if you ask for a refund for " administrative fees " I'm gonna try to call them today. If they are struggling with stock I'd rather them say

Spoke to them twice this morning so they've said i needed a side view pic as well which doesn't state , sent that & they said they would push my order through but couldn't give me a time on when that would be, then I asked if I would struggle to reorder the next month & he said he couldn't answer that either. Think this is going to be a nightmare 😪
