No weight loss this week - but averaged 1200 calories a day ?

I tried reading online but the suggestion is that I might not have tracked accurately - but I did.

i have however eaten less healthy than usual. So some fish vegetables and salad but also crisps and even a slice of cake and some pizza. Before I was avoiding carbs.

i have increased my exercise but only a little, am I being overly hopeful to think I might still have shifted some fat but it’s not reflected in the numbers?

@Moreofabriskwalk i have gone up a lb this week (weigh in today) and feel disappointed. I’m nearly stone off, and know logically I am slimmer but I do feel a bit that I am paying a fortune, doing everything I should and that weight loss should be more consistent.

oh well, I’ll just keep going, it’s got to all come out good in the end.

I think the studies are all really positive so I’m sure it’ll be good.

I’ve had weeks where I have been PERFECT and still not lost. It happens, don’t worry.

Are you weighing all your food and logging correctly? There’s a lot of calories in some fairly small or average pieces of cake and pizza. Some crisps are very high too.

I am so glad I got all these comments yesterday because I am now heavier today and feel stodgy. Have had two coffees as thought that might help but feeling bloated now.
I had been feeling good as lost 2 stone and now just feeling very overweight again.
Have a big walk planned today so going to try forget about it.

Well you certainly haven't gained 2 stone overnight! I know what you mean though by feeling stodgy.
Are you getting enough fibre? If I get constipated I feel like so sluggish and swear my belly looks pregnant!

I'm averaging 2lbs a week, but I've just put on a tshirt with my jeans (previously smock / tunic) and the inches gone is quite amazing.

We are all so different, different starting weights, different hormones, different reactions to certain foods...

To me, the thing is... The trend is downward! I'd start to 'diet' knock off 2lbs, then put on 2lbs...over and over. Week 9 and some have lost so much more than me, but like I said, we're all different.

I hope you have a lovely walk! I've got to get my hedge trimmers out. A bit of weight lifting!!

In case others read and worry about fluctuations - I went up by two kilos in total over a few days and now back down again after another few days. 🤷
Who knows? But seems it’s not going to be a perfect linear loss. Thanks for all the comments.
