Medexpress rejecting my pictures

Hi, I know I need to get this right. Any tips or tricks for taking pics to submit? I don't want to ask anyone even DH so trying to take them in the mirror. They've rejected the first ones and I've submitted more. Even wearing a sports bra. The humiliation! Grateful if this has happened to anyone else who can advise please ?

Why did they reject them? Not clear enough/poor quality, don't look like you, not sufficiently overweight looking?

It doesn't make it clear. Just the same request again.i think they are clear. Head to foot. I've tried to show my tummy this time. Did have a sweat shirt on before. You can clearly see my face. Will wait to see if the next lot are acceptable.

I've read from quite a lot of people with rejected photos from Medexpress. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to it or solution but to keep sending or go elsewhere you'll be accepted with the same photos as long as they meet requirements.

I ended up having to take mine with just a cami top and tights on. You can't be wearing black and you can't wear anything that doesn't hug enough to show the clear outlines of your body.

They need to see your fat - and you're fat.
It'll not be a nice photo.
Tight leggings and short top should do the trick.

You aren't supposed to show your face at all. I posed in a cami top and leggings and made sure I didn't suck my tummy in because I don't have much of a tummy, I'm all big bum. Then in the same clothes I took a pic of me in same leggings on the scales.
All photos at the most unflattering angles.

It clearly says I have to show my face. In good lighting. Will definitely try all of this it they rejected it again. Bikini shot here I come ...

It definitely won't be a nice photo! Everything crossed that they accept the one I've just sent or I'll be going all out in the next one both literally and metaphorically.

You basically need the worst photo youve ever ever taken, i had to send 3 photos to meds express, the too small white vest top finally did the trick, no pulling in muscles or flattering angles 😩🙈

This! I have so few photos that really clearly show how fat I was, and it is AMAZING to look at them now I am 4lbs off a healthy weight! My pharmacy photos are the only ones really.

Can I ask why you’re trying so hard to buy from them when so many other suppliers and the discount only takes them to the same level as many others/?

I'm really new to this and saw them recommended by a nurse who's documented her journey on Instagram. She showed how to use the pens and said they were a reputable supplier. Haven't done much cost comparison. Is there any supplier that you prefer from experience? Thanks

Just checking- presumably you do actually qualify based on your genuine BMI? How marginal are you?

I had no issue initially with Med Express (I was BMI 31 and carried it fairly well) but a friend had a real nightmare with them even though she had a higher BMI than me, I think they basically got so many orders they started to err more on the side of caution. I then came off the Mounjaro and they wouldn’t re-prescribe as it had been more than 12 weeks and I’d gone down to BMI 28. I moved to Cloud pharmacy and have found them great.

My BMI is 31. Genuinely. I don't look too overweight when I'm covered up so hoping that might have been the issue with first pic. Have definitely highlighted the rolls in the second ones. I'll wait to see what they say but will try Cloud Pharmacy if it's another rejection. Thanks for this!

I use Ashcroft Pharmacy now.. used Medexpress first four times but took ages to arrive...then photos kept coming back rejected.

I send Ashcroft one of me in my pj's.. hold up paper with date on in front of my face.. used them for four months now.. no problem.

I just made myself look absolutely awful! I gave myself about 20 chins by squashing my head down and back! And I massively stuck out my belly! Don't pose, do give your absolute worst side of yourself!!!

Here are the reputable suppliers, there are two tabs, on4 with discounts applied one without. To be honest, they all seem much of a muchness. And good service. MedExpress were paying folks to post on insta by way of advertising, and the regulators have told them to stop.

I use Levity, only had to take one photo, no ID. I've found them really easy to deal with and prompt with deliveries.
